Description of Work: 2nd year we have used for termites, roaches, and rodent control. Good people, no bugs!

Description of Work: My house was tented for dry wood termites. I have had trouble with a couple Angie's List Big Deals, and this experience started out with my getting a subterranean pest treatment I didn't need. Brian Hawkins settled the problem immediately and without hassle except that I ended up not getting an Angie's List discount, and that's kind of a big deal right there. Their work was excellent: clean, prompt. When I returned after the tenting, someone had locked a lock that I left a note not to lock, and I couldn't enter the house, but an agile person from the company came withint 15 minutes to solve that problem. The company should leave quite a few more plastic bags for packing. I packed up at the last minute so couldn't run to the company to get more bags, a hassle at any rate. Why not leave more bags? So, I had to put quite a few things in my car: spices and soy sauce which smelled up the car, and heat destroys spices. In my haste, I had forgotten to bag quite a few things (at any rate, I had no more bags), and Bingham's people bagged everything I forgot--and did it much better than I did. Conclusion: getting anything perfect is hard for humans, but when things didn't go right, Bingham's immediately fixed it.

Description of Work: Checked and sprayed inside of my home including garage and attic. The entire yard, front and back was sprayed twice. They came back to check their work within a week. They will come bacl immediately when called. They are attentive, kind, and thorough. They allowed me to pay in three equal payments. I will use them again.

Description of Work: Had a big problem with fleas during the Holidays. He came out, sprayed house and outside of the house. Punctual and Professional. I will use the company again in the future.

Description of Work: I gave them a call on Jan. 2, 2013 and the lady who answered the phone was GREAT. She knew I was not able to get down to Florida due to my Cancer operations and she honoured my payment that I paid. The work was done on Jan. 3, 2013 and my cousin John and his wife Nicole Davis were at my place. The work they did was great and they also did all of the outside, near my shed. Due to a massive amount of ants near the shed, Pest Control will come back this week to go after them again. They will come back again in 6 months and do another treatment.

Description of Work: I had a immediate pest problem and PCSS came out in that same day. The annual price was great and the service was above outstanding. The technicians name was Staunen Morian. Very complete in his mission to get the job done. Nicest guy highly reccomend you ask for him if possible. My pest problem subsided within 10 hours and I expect it to be gone over the next week. I have always used Truly Nolen over the years but I think I'm going to make a switch to PCSS.

Description of Work: I had racoons in my attic. Julian came and identified the problem, set traps and returned several times to check the traps. Since he didn't catch anything, there was no fee!!! In the process of trying to rid my home of racoons, he identified the access route and how to best seal the area off. He also made recommendations to add an access panel to better see into the attic in case I have a problem in the future. Julian also brought an associate along to estimate the work. I used his associate, "Mr. Fix-it," and was extremely please with the quality of his work as well. If I EVER have any problems with pests, rodents, racoons, or any other varmit that Julian will remove I will call him immediately. Best of all, he works to protect wildlife and does everything possible to remove offending animals without killing them.

Description of Work: Julian is an absolute professional. He was very punctual, thorough in his inspection and treatment, and pleasant to deal with. I signed a one year contract with him. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: had 2 raccoons in the attic. one was dead and one was sick. julian gregory set 4 traps and checked them regularly for 3 days. the sick raccoon was too wild and would not go in the live trap. he finally had to catch the sick raccoon with a rope pole. he put the raccoon in a live trap, the dead raccoon in a bag and took them away. how he had the courage to go into an attic and tangle with a wild, ill raccoon is beyond me. julian was great. he was very professional and very reasonably priced. i recommend him highly.

Description of Work: I have used this company before to remove two huge bee hives from my home with great satisfaction. Additionally, Julian spent nearly four hours in my home as part of his service plan. He went into the attic area, every room in the house, removed outlet covers, serviced the garage and also sprayed the outside of my home. He is polite and very knowledgeable.
