we have lived in florida 15+ years and we have never had such exceptional service from ANY type of home contractor as we have from mr. julian and his crew. if a pest problem is discovered you do not have to ask for a service call, they are offering appointment times available as soon as you are done describing your issue. we moved into a home last summer that had been vacant for over 5 years and believe me, pest control solutions had their work cut out for them. everything was resolved in an extremely timely manner and soon afterwards we were able to move into our new home. we just renewed our annual contract and we are always recommending this company to new neighbors. in fact, we now have family members waiting for their contracts to expire with other pest control companies so they can sign on with pest control solutions! our family gives them A+++ for being: on time, professional, problem solving and so reasonably priced!

Just renewed my yearly contract with Pest Control- Julian and Sean (hope I spelled it correctly!) are the best. Anytime I have a problem they respond immediately and take care of whatever the problem is! I would recommend them to everyone I know! Since I have been using Pest Control Solutions my palmetto bug problems have disappeared! Also Julian put me in touch with a great roofer who closed up the access points where I was getting fruit rats in my attic, since then no more furry friends! Julian or Sean periodically come and check my attic to make sure nothing is living up there ( thanks!) they treat the house and exterior for bugs. Julian is a great guy, even gave my son some pointers on catching fish!

I had called 3 exterminating companies from Angies list. Pest Control Solutions had the best price and service. They did not hesitate to respond to any of my concerns, even trying to help me find how water was seeping into my garage. There was a lot of loose insulation and rat droppings that came out of the attic and they cleaned it up each time. I could not be more pleased with the service.

See above; Julian was the service man that worked with us. He was very knowledgeable about the various critters that inhabit the area and what you need to do to rid them from the premises and keep them out. He came back on several occassions to make sure the services were doing what was intended. I am very happy with the results.

I had used PCS last summer to remove bees from a tree in the yard and was pleased with the service so I hired them again this time. I am equally impressed and will renew the maintenance service again next year. The thoroughness was better than companies I had used in the past. Julian came exactly at the time scheduled on both visits. I was not charged for the original service call for ants once I signed up for the annual plan.

First experience with this company, my call for information was cheerfully answered and we discussed available options. Julian returned my call to further understand my pest issues, and we scheduled an appointment. Julian arrived on-time, answered all my questions and explained what he was going to do. He performed the treatment and told me what to expect. Julian followed up to learn the result of the treatment. I told him of a problem area, and he immediately scheduled an appointment with me for a re-treatment. Julian again arrived on-time and performed the re-treatment. He called the next day to see how the re-treatment went, and I let him know pest issue was resolved. Julian knows his business and is very professional in the service of his customers.

Julian truly saved the day for us! Our new house was infested with fleas, and thanks to him we are now flea (and other bug) free! Julian responded promptly to my initial call, and even made time in his schedule to come out a week earlier than he'd originally planned so that he could treat the house before we moved in. He was thorough, prompt, and professional, and has already come back twice--once to check a rodent trap that he set in our attic and once to re-treat our yard for fleas. He sprayed inside every outlet in the house, which let to the demise of a nest of carpenter ants we didn't even know was there, and everything he used was safe for us and our dog, which saved us the headache of boarding her. We originally thought we could handle our house's bug problems on our own, but we're so glad we turned to Pest Control Solutions instead--the service has been great, and the price is incredibly fair. We will definitely continue to use Julian for any pest problems we have in the future. UPDATE: I've called Julian twice now since our original treatment, and he's responded very promptly and taken care of our issues within a day or two of reaching out to him. I contacted them because I liked the alternative of pest control without using sprays/chemicals in my home. Julian responded immediately to my initial request for an estimate and was punctual for the appointment. He spent a good amount of time reviewing the home, grounds, etc. and explaining the process of his services. I found him to be very personable and knowledgeable and he went above and beyond when he came to the house to do the actual work. I will definitely be using this company in the future! They are very good, they call ahead to make sure that they won't have any pets in the way, and that they have access to the house. Their pricing is excellent, I used to haggle with somebody else, but then I switched to these people.

I had been hearing scratching sounds comming form the attic, and found droppings near the attic access trap doors. I also wanted some rotted wood inspected to insure that it was not termite damaged. Julian is extremely knowledgeble in all facets of pest control, including termites, ants and rat infestations. Very thorough in his work, took the time to climb up to the roof and inspect for possible rat entry points. Set 4 traps in 2 different locations in the attic and promptly returned to dispose of any rats found -- returned 3 times total until no more rats were caught in the traps. Also gave great advice on how to control ants that were infesting the cracks in between the pool pavers (use amdro green label sparingly wherever you see the ant mounds). I would not hesitate to recommend this company, or use them again.

OCT 2011: Purchased a used home and wanted to treat for pests before moving in. I located this company via Angies List. Julian was the tech that came out. He removed all electrical plates and treated. Treated attic, exterior, garage, and house interior. I was pleased with his work. He came out week 2 and retreated. JAN 2012: I noticed a long trail of ants in the master bath. I emailed Julian who responded within minutes. He sent Sion (SHAWN, SEAN, or SHAUN) out the next day working around my schedule. I was extremely please with Sion. She took her time and investigated the intrusion point and treated. She set up a follow up appointment for 1 week to make sure the problem was corrected. This company has responded promptly and professionally to all my concerns and requests for service. I will likely renew my contract with this company based on my experience thus far.

We are always very, very happy with them. We've used them for years. they are always punctual and always very helpful. In fact they are willing to fix problems that have nothing to do with pest control. very helpful.

We heard scratching sounds in the house and a workman saw a rodent in the garage around the same time. the Garage and House are not connected. I also investigated the scratching sounds in the house and saw a rodent. after seeing the rodent in the house I bought my own traps and had no success. I checked Angie's list and settled on Pest Control services. They responded the next day after I contacted them. The owner place traps and also filled in the areas he felt could be the areas the rodents could be gaining access to the buildings using wire cloth and expanding foam.

They call us on an annual basis to schedule our service and boosters. They are always prompt. We have not had any problems with them in the years we have used them and would recommend them for others. Fortunately we have not had very bad pest problems but that might be in part because these guys stay on top of the house and yard.

He will come out for any problems I have, whether it's an insect, a dead rat, or racoons and cats in our attic (We have a lot of fruit trees in our yard that contribute to pests). A dead rat turned out to be in our neighbors yard, not in mine, but he still located it and took care of it. I have had no problems with them. They are always on time, polite, and comes out whenever I need them to. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing insect or pest control.
