This company is very quick at returning calls, quick at getting someone out to assess the problem, and scheduling an appointment to do the job. Would use them again in a heartbeat !!!

Came for estimate, scheduled service approximately one week later.

The work went perfectly... they took a long time, but because of quality work and attention to detail.

Had a big problem with carpenter ants,They sprayed attics and around the outside of the house.I have never seen a carpenter ant in months,We never had any other bugs this summer either worked great.

I called Pest Control Solutions on Saturday and made an appointment with Jim for Monday. He came out and inspected the house. He did not see signs of anything in the attic but set traps for rats anyway for my peace of mind. He did notice that there was a branch touching my roof and there were squirrels in the tree. One Tuesday another tech came out and put a substance in behind the wall switches and outlets to treat all insects. He also treated the entire outside with something to kill the ants and their nests. The next week another tech came out and retreated the outside as a booster. She also knocked all the wasp nests on the house. It has been almost a month and I have not seen one pest in my house or lanai or garage. I did see traces of insects that were exterminated that I did not even know were in the house. I was told that any time in the next year that I saw a pest to call them. The workers were all very clean and very professional. I do feel that my house is much cleaner and pest free.

It seems, the set up of my house was a little tricky. A couple of visits with a couple of techs, who were quite thorough. They examined, prodded, poked, caulked, and secured everyplace that could have been the entrance. After the 3 visits and still having the issue, the owner decided to come out and see what was going on. Julian & his wife, Colby are wonderful. He tried every trick in the book. They caulked, secured & probed some more. They baited and set traps. Everything that could be done was being done. While this was taking a few months & extra visits, they refused to give up and finally found the entrance source. It was in a hidden plumbing vent pipe between 2 roofs with no access. There is no way that this would have made sense to anyone. But Julian figured it out & with his advice we were able to seal off the entrance. This company went far above and beyond what I had paid them to do. But they wouldn't give up and they certainly didn't let me down. It may have taken a few months, but they did the job. It's been about 1-1/2 weeks now & I haven't heard the rat(s). For which, I'm extremely appreciative. They are the most professional, prompt, courteous & patient company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. Thank you for everything.

Spray once a year and then any time I see a bug. I have given this company to friends and family. All are happy with them.

Having used Pest Control Solutions & having my own business called Julian for a client meet me there in 15 minutes took care of bee removal in a professional way meet client and even had a dog biscuit for clients dog. Great all around experience.

They arrived, inspected the house, and explained how the house would be treated. a trench was dug all around the house and holes were bored into a concrete porch pad and through a concrete florida room floor attached to the house. they injected a dilute solution of 'thermidor' into the trench and into the bore holes, explaining to us that the thermidor would gradually kill off the nest, after which we could replace the damaged wood. they were technically competent, friendly, and cleaned up very well after themselves. we're very happy with their service. .

Since our initial visit by Julian approximately 30 days ago, we have seen a dramatic decrease in the number of pests. He put pest control into the wall outlets, sprayed the attic and the outside. He pointed out places in the attic that needed to be sealed against rodents and recommended someone for the repairs. I was very satisfied and would recommend Pest Control Solutions and Services.

Shaun has been my technician since mid way through my first year contract Aug 11 - Aug 12. I just renewed my contract for another year. When I find a company that is honest, reasonably priced, and provides EXCELLENT (customer) service it's a hard sell to get me to switch. Upon my renewal Shaun did a thorough inspection including attic and removed all electrical plates and treated. It was raining a bit the day she came so she did what she could inside/outside and came the next week to treat the exterior. Upon returning it was a sunny day but she still was not happy with the ants I had so she treated heavily and scheduled a return visit for today 9/27/2012. The ants were all gone but she thoroughly treated my lawn and exterior. Shaun is great. The 2 times I had a problem last year the company immediately returned to analyze and treat the problem. They take there time..In prior years I had hired the big franchise companies who were in and out in 10 minutes at triple the price. I am very please with this company.

The technician (Shaun) was professional, detailed oriented and did a fantastic job! There wasn't one area of my home that she didn't cover and her personality shined along with her work detail. I would highly recommend this company's services to anyone looking to hire an exterminator. I am ow a bug-free happy person!! e
