Our window, door, and roof replacement company has proudly served homeowners in Florida for over 15 years. Paradise Exteriors was founded by Dan and Tina Beckner. Over fifteen years later, the company continues to be owned and operated by the Beckner family. Dan first started installing windows and roofing in Cincinnati, Ohio as a teenager, working together with his brother Eric. Today Dan and Eric still work together, with Dan serving as President and Eric as Installation Manager of Paradise Exteriors. Tina Beckner, is General Manager. Dan and Tina’s son, Anthony, is Chief Operating Officer. Dan Beckner has always maintained the philosophy that Paradise Exteriors should build a quality reputation, one customer at a time. We believe this philosophy has served both the company and our customers. Paradise Exteriors has experienced rapid growth, success and accolades, as we continue to offer premium quality products and superior service at a reasonable price. Ken came out to give us an estimate on our roof and was so knowledgeable! We love the product and this company clearly know what they are doing, we cannot wait to move forward after we hear back from our refinance

Ken was a knowledgeable sales person who explained the Soft-Lite product in a clear and concise way. Look forward to doing business with them as soon as my refinance wraps up. Wow. Buy your windows here! You won’t regret it.

I called them for an estimate only. Their representative (Beau) arrived and gave a very comprehensive 2 hour presentation then proceeded to measure our windows and give us the estimate I wanted. When I didn't sign the contract right away he started pressing me with offers of a better price saying that it was guaranteed for one year. When that didn't work, he said that he had to call his boss who then attempted the same tactic. I had Beau tell him that if he pushed one more time he could walk and never grace our door again. That didn't end the hard sell tactics they employ - I got a follow up call purportedly to assess Beau's performance. It ended up with another attempt to get me to buy their product and made me hang up on her. There was yet another push at the hard sell with an email telling me that the one year guaranteed price would expire in three days and I had to rush my acceptance of their price to get it. That drove them right out of consideration for my business and led to this F rating. I have not faced these deceptive and hard sell practices since the last time I had a door-door vacuum cleaner salesperson or when I tried to buy a used car from a sleazy dealership. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SHYSTERS!
