Arrived on time, was professional, and answered questions. Did repair of the two door springs in very timely manner and also removed and replaced shelves above garage door.

The response and promptness were excellent. Dan was a pleasure to deal with. I felt well-informed and consulted throughout the repair process. Unfortunately, he advised me to replace the garage door opener which was unnecessary. As a result I incurred additional costs and had to hire another professional to complete the work.

Dan was at my house at 9:00am on the dot, which is when he said he would be there! He was very courteous and went the extra mile to make sure that even thought only one of my garage doors needed to be repaired, he made sure the other door was lubricated, reinforced, and working properly as well. Both doors are so much quieter now!
