Responded almost immediately to my inquiry and arrived on time for estimate the next day. Quote for power washing my entire house including driveway, walkway, lanai, and screen was 40% less than other quote received for same work! We scheduled for the following Monday at 9 am. He showed up exactly at 9 am! Did an excellent job, finishing in about 4 hours. Everything was done to perfection. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.

Part of the job was to power wash the screen enclosure . I know he went over it a few times and waited till it dried to do follow up cleaning. We asked him to do the Driveway and that was done well, Again, I know he went over it twice to retreat and wash the difficult areas. He did a great job on the pressure washing . He had some trouble removing rust stains and had to come back. Overall I was satisfied and will use him again.
