I tried for 6 hours to do it myself and pop a lock came 2 hours before the scheduled time and was in and out in 30 minutes. The cost wast reasonable and I will use them when I change out the door in the future project.

The person who came to work on my locks was very professional and worked really hard to solve the problem of a thief breaking into my house through the door leading from the garage.. He ended up having to install a new door knob as well as the deadbolt I requested. He cleaned up after himself and was very reasonably priced. I would hire this company again.

Quality of work was very good. However , the person was Forty five minutes late. This was a lockout problem and Was an emergency, so a five star rating was not given.

Though they ran a bit late their quality and customer service more than made up for it. He was knowledgeable and had the work done in moments. Was very happy with this project.

I would highly recommend PDQ. I had him install new locks so it was not an emergency call but he schedules up within 3 days. Based on my experiences with other contractors in the area this was quick and he actually returned phone calls - another rarity. On top of all this he was the most reasonable of all the other locksmiths I contacted.

He was very professional and contacted me right away. He went out the next day (only because i was unavailable that same day!) and he changed the locks on my home i had just purchased.
