Great results. They pressure washed and then had some sort of buffing machine that made this old driveway look like new.

Jeff did the job just a few days after we purchased a short sale home that had been vacant for over a year and had a good amount of mildew on the pool deck and screening. He did a great job getting it back in shape. Prior to cleaning the pool area, he was kind enough to go on the roof and clean out the very full and dirty gutter above the deck. I was so impressed that he would do that without hesitation. We plan to use Jeff again to pressure wash our walk and driveway. I would certainly recommend his services.

Jeff and his partner arrived early and went right to work. They were very professional and did a great job. Mold and mildew were cleaned from the white pool enclosure. Dirt and grime were removed from the pool deck. The pressure sprayer is truck mounted with a long hose to reach the pool area.

They were right on time. They cleaned my pool area and screening. Did a very good detail job as promised. Excellent equipment. I would also consider them for cleaning my tile roof in the near future.

He is coming out next month to do the service. So far he has been punctual. He has all of the professional equipment to get the work done and seems to know what he is doing.

Jeff and his associate Mark arrived ahead of scheduled time, and proceeded to pressure clean both my front driveway and rear patio.(Moving lawn furniture and garbage cans as they went along) They were very professional, great team work, anticipating each other's needs and actions. The work was completed quickly and was flawless, what a difference! I shall recommend them to friends/neighbors. p.s. Even through a rain downpour, they never stopped completing their job!)

Having Jeff, of Jacobs Pressuring washing was a pleasant experience and the outcome of the finished work was very satisfactory. The tile roof that had been darkened by mildew looks like new. Not knowing that the gutters should be cleaned also, I appreciated Jeff pointing that out to me and he performed that work as well. I liked the way they protected oour grass and extenisve landscaping around the house while the work was being done. Their price was very reasonable compaired to other bids. verall it was a very pleasant experience. When our extensive sidewalk and many pavers on the property need cleaning we will certainly call Jacobs Pressure Cleaning.

My Driveway & Sidewalks were in dire need of pressure wash cleaning. I consulted Angie's List for reputable businesses and came upon Jacobs Pressure Cleaning Company with an A-Rating and a number of recent reviews, all of which were excellent. I called Jeff Jacobs up and he came out to my house that very afternoon to give me a free estimate. Mr. Jacobs arrived promptly and I explained to him that I was interested in pressure washing my driveway and sidewalks. Jeff & I walked around the house and as we did he noticed that my Roof Gutters were really discolored and mouldy. As we walked about I noticed that my Patio pavers were mouldy & dirty and that the wooden cap on my seawall was in need of cleaning. Mr. Jacobs stated that he would pressure clean all of the aforementioned items for $250. I mentioned that I found him on Angie's List and asked if he would honor the 5% Discount Coupon & he said that he would. We agreed that Thursday Morning (two days hence) would be a good time for him to perform the job. Mr. Jacobs arrived promptly as promised at 9:00 AM. I was impressed with his sophisticated trailer mounted pressure washing rig. I had previously had pressure washing down my individuals with a simple portable, gasoline motor driven unit but Jeff's was completely self-contained with a powerful gasoline engnine driven, high volume pump and electric heater to elevate the temperature of the water. Mr. Jacobs started right away and worked diligently for nearly 4 hours. I was really impressed with his professionalism and how well organized and experienced he was. He really knew what he was doing! When he was finished, Jeff and I walked around the house to inspect his work. I was delighted in what I saw. My dirty, mouldy gutters looked brand new. They actually sparkled! Additionally, Jeff had climbed up on my roof and cleaned out the gutters. The wooden cap on my Seawall was spotless. My driveway patio pavers and sidewalks were like new again and finally Jeff had pressure cleaned the ceramic tile in the screened-in front door foyer. The tile and grout lines were looking new again. He did a great job. He was professional, personable & highly skilled. I was so happy that I had selected him for this pressure cleaning job.

I would highly recommend this company. When I did my initial inquiries to two companies even though it was a Sunday they called me back promptly. Scheduled an appointment for a few days later. No only was he on time.....he took extra time on my back porch roof area. It was a pleasure doing business with Jacobs Pressure Cleaning. I have already referred him to two of my friends.

Jeff responded with a quote within 15 minutes on-par with what I had in mind, and came in just under what I was willing to spend on the job. I explained I needed the work done as soon as he could fit it in, and he worked the job in immediately first thing the following morning. He came the minute he said he would. Very punctual. I mentioned needing to leave at a specific time, and he mentioned that he should be wrapped up by that time. He held true to his word, and we could not be more pleased with the results. I attempted both pressure washing with my own equipment, and bleaching the concrete myself just weeks prior, and it still looked rather horrid, which prompted the letter I received from my HOA. Jeff was done in half the time I initially spent, and the concrete looks like it was just laid. Phenomenal job from a very level-headed and friendly guy. I will be calling him again next time I need something like this done, no doubt about it.

We bought our house 5 months ago and needed it cleaned prior to painting. I called Jeff Jacobs, from Angie's List, for an estimate and we set up the day and time for the pressure cleaning. On the day of service, Jeff was running a little late, but he called to let us know he was on his way. After he arrived, we did a walkaround of the house and he was confident there wouldn't be any problems cleaning. Jeff setup his equipment and got right to work, practically non-stop. He even cleaned out the gutters and pressure washed our driveway. All of this completed in one and a half hours! We were more than thoroughly impressed. Jeff did an outstanding job and we wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. His pricing is fair and his work is great. Great!!! Mr. Jeff Jacobs (owner/operator) showed up exactly on time & got to work right away. Mr. Jacobs was polite, very professional, & extremely hard-working. The quality of his work was excellent. Further, when asked to do some spot work, Mr. Jacobs was more than happy tp accommodate & had an excellent attitude...very customer service responsive! At the end, I really thought he had gone out of his way to do an excellent job & expected to pay more. However, when asked what the final price was for payment, Mr. Jacobs stated that the price was as estimated...no more. I was thrilled! Highly recommend this service! He is the real deal...what you read about him is what you get!

Jeff was very polite and helpful from the start until the finish of the work. He arrived exactly when he said he would. After some discussion, I decided to have the entire house cleaned because I felt the price was well within my range. He is a hard worker and his work was excellent.

We had just moved into our house a few months prior to hiring Jeff. The wood fence was in bad shape due to black and green mold. In one day, he transformed a hideous fence into something unbelievable. We have hired many contractors to do different projects, but this experience was the most radical and beautiful of them all. When he was through, it looked like a brand new fence was installed. Unbelievable! I would highly recommend him.

I called Jeff and he answered while he was out of town at a pressure washing convention. We messaged back and forth regarding the job and my address and he said he would be back in town in a few days. On the day he returned, he called, we met at my home, he gave me an estimate and actually was able to get the job done that same day! I was so impressed with the results!
