Description of Work: They did a fair job of cleaning my tiled roof but they didn't cover my bushes and greenery. After the job was done several of my bushes and some grass started to die due to the chemicals they used. | |I suggest they use something to cover the bushes, etc. before doing their work.

 + 5 moreRyan came immediately to provide estimate. Job was scheduled within a few days. Crew showed up on time and were courteous and professional. Could not finish on scheduled day due to weather, returned next morning to complete the job. They cleaned neglected TREX decking and got it cleaner than I could have imagined. I am a bit of a perfectionist and feel they were even more particular than I am. Everything is sparkling clean -- exceeded my expectations. Upon completion Ryan came back to go over the job and make sure job met my expectations. Roof cleaning has a five year prorated warranty. It was nice to deal with one company. In the past I had one person do the roof and others to do the screen enclosure, etc. Not the first company I have used, but is the one I will call in the future. No hesitation in recommending!

 + 0 moreMy first call was promptly returned, and Ryan came out the next day to do the estimate. When I called him back a few days later to schedule the work, he again returned my call and had me scheduled for the work within 48 hours. His workers were very thorough and professional. Although they were only about ten minutes late, they called to let me know they would be late. I appreciated that. When they were finished, they cleaned everything up and went on their way. I would definitely recommend this company.
Description of Work: Roof was cleaned along with driveway. All work was done in a timely and professional manner. Although slightly higher in price than the other estimates I received, I feel the services provided were well worth it.

Description of Work: I have a river estate in merritt island, Ryan and Phil from Beacon Roof Cleaning softwashed the exterior of my entire property. My roof was black before they started and four hours later it was a beautiful terracotta roof. They treated my property with such professionalism, it was as though it was their own. My home and property look spectacular. I am so happy I had beacon roof and exterior cleaning replenish my estate back to its sparkling clean condition. It was like the property had an entire cosmetic overhaul. Thankyou Ryan and Phil for such a great job. I will always use Beacon roof and exterior cleaning. Rick.
