We hired Vasquez and Vasquez to paint the outside of our house. Their pricing was very fair and they were hard workers, taking a break only to eat lunch. They not only started when they said they would, but Michaell and Marvin completed the entire job in only two days. When they finished up, Michaell had us walk around the house looking for anything that we thought needed touching up. He was a real professional. They left the property looking clean as though they had never been there. The paint job looks great. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Brandon, Riverview, Valrico area that needs a qualified painter. We also hired them to come back in June to do some interior painting that we need done.

Just make sure you get approval for paint colors from the Home Owner's Association First before any painting of exterior of home is started! Communication between you and the one you hire is very important. Michael has the precision skill of an F-16 fighter pilot! his personality is right on too. Just keep his ego in check from time to time. Nice guy though.

He recomended sherwin williams paint. I think I would have been happier with the Behr paint.

Michael and his father Victor Vasquez are very friendly. Their estimate was reasonable and it was presented professionally via email and spreadsheet. They completed the work in a timely manner and job well done.

Michaell and his Dad are great painters. Very fair priced and customer service is above and beyond. I ended up hiring them for an additional room that I planned on painting myself and they accepted without hesitation. We also had a stain on our carpet from a paint job we did ourselves and Michaell offered to clean it! I was beyond appreciative and will hire them again. I highly recommend them for your painting services.

Michael and his father did the most professional, detailed painting project on the exterior of our home. They were very neat and cleaned up everyday after they finished for the day. They were courteous and did a very hard project starting with pressure washing, preparing the stucco which had not been painted in 30 years, taped all Windows, cleaned up over spray(which was very little) and showed up when they said they would. After they finished, we walked the house together where Michael would mark work a piece of blue tape if it needed attention. Over all excellent experience, I would highly recommend.

This is a professional company that offers excellent service. I hired Michael to pain t a small office. He has an excellent eye and can even give you tips for what looks great. Him and his dad showed up on time and did an amazing job. Three thumbs up....

Overall the job was alright. Michaell was very informative about the paint and very nice. We received a few bids for the work, some that were lower in price but Michaell assured us he would be able to get it done in 4 days to meet our deadline (time line was #1 to us). Miachell was reasonable on his price, and even worked with us a little to bring in down. Long story short, after getting him the paint colors, on a Friday, the project was supposed to be done the following Wednesday. Michaell then pushed the time it would be done to Thursday. He then called me on Thursday morning to tell me the they didn't have the paint colors needed to complete the job. We chose another so he would be able to finally start! He assured us it would be done by Thursday night and even mentioned brining in extra people to be sure. His crew (of three) worked over night to get the job done for a Friday 8 am walk through . on Friday morning, I mean, how good of a job can someone really do at 2am rushing and it showed. The workers were still painting at 8am Friday morning. There were many things that needed touch up. Michaell did stay all day to paint the walls they missed and complete the touch ups. Besides being late on the deadline, one of the tasks was to paint the vent. Michaell tired to push the end of the job to another day, saying he would paint the vents and bring them back. He took them away and brought back - two were painted and the rest were not (though he insisted they were- the paint was extra white and the vents were almond colored). The job overall was a little messy. There was a lot of paint on the tile floors (which was strange seeing as they covered them), paint drips on my drive way and walk way outside. They washed all of their materials in my front lawn, killing my grass, put all of the trash from the project either in my trash cans or on my front lawn, AND THEN I found an open can of paint in another trash can. When the job was done I spoke with Michaell to see if their was any wiggle room on the final payment seeing as they took longer than estimated to do the work. He seemed really offended and said no. I paid him the full amount, but AM disappointed. If you pay for 2 day shipping on a package and it doesn't come for a week, best believe you would ask and probably get some sort of discount- Michaell does not work that way. He expects you to hold up your end and pay him regardless of if he meets what he has promised.
