Professional, punctual and a return service provider. I came across Mr. Mruk's work ethic from a referral for my pest control needs. He demonstrated a high caliber of knowledge within his industry that surpassed his competitors, setting a standard I look for from other service providers. I know if I have any type of pest control issue, Keith will make it his priority and avoid me having to address again. He stands by his service, products and "word", which today is very rare to find. Excellent. I missed my first appointment but Keith was able to work me in the next day. Keith was professional, polite, clear, concise, and knowledgable. We inspected the house together; discussed treatment options and related expenses. He performed the work and insisted we go over the contract. There was no 'hard sell' and no drama. Including paperwork the entire process took less than 90 minutes. What I didn't tell Keith is that my neighbor recently contracted with another pest control company and received the same services. Keith charged me $200 less than my neighbor paid. I've already contracted Keith with additional work.

He has done a great job, and the problem is under control now. He has been extraordinarily helpful, careful, friendly and reliable. I haven't hired anyone, over many years, whose work ethic has impressed me this much. He has my highest recommendation.

We saw the ad a few weeks ago and decided to give All pro pest control a shot. Keith came out, assessed the house and instructed us on how to maintain a roach & water bug free environment. We still saw some roaches and gave him a call on a Friday and he was at our house on Saturday. He immediately spotted the issue and serviced the area in question. Went very well. Keith showed up ahead of schedule. He was very professional and even took his shoes off prior to coming in the house. Gave us some tips on how to control the ants and roaches on our own. Will recommend to other people.

The problem is slowly being resolved. We knew that this particular problem would take multiple visits.

Called and he came out the same day. Obviously knows his stuff. Very knowledgable. It was hard to hire a new pest company, bc loved my last guy I had for years - last guy got ill, so found All Pro and so far we are very happy.

Service man was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Time was spent explaining about the insects (sugar ants, ghost ants) and how he would eradicate them. Sprayed around the house and mentioned some possible problems (pinhole leak of HVAC outside tubing). We bought the $70 1 time pest control. After discussion, we upgraded to the year long service contract for additional $155.

Keith has been doing routine pest control at my house for the past 2 years. A few problems of ants, roaches etc., that have come up, have always been dealt with. He is very prompt, works with my schedule and often accommodates an early morning appointment. He asks for problem areas before starting and explains the process of treatment. In comparison to some of the other companies I have been with in the past he is less expensive. Recently I have had trouble with Ghost ants and he has come in between appointments to take care of the problem, noting that he will come as often as needed till he can resolve the problem. Never charges for these extra visits. The years i have known him i have had no issues. I highly recommend his company for pest control.

All Pro Pest Control came out and took care of the problem straight away. I was like he worked some kind of magic. I haven't seen any roaches or any bug for that matter after his first service. I used him now for my monthly pest control and I am VERY HAPPY, with his service and attitude. the price I believe is very fair and the quality is top notch. I would highly recommend All Pro Pest Control for your pest control needs. Mr. Mruk, provided a free estimate, answered all my questions, arrived early for the appointment. His professionalism and honesty made me feel comfortable, I now know more about pest and termites than I wanted, lol. That is a good thing. I felt no pressure to use his company, after he gave me all the information he suggested that I think about it. I thought about it and decided to use the best company for me.
