Mike Falco & his team are extremely friendly and professional. They confirmed the appointment prior to arriving, showed up ON TIME, did the agreed upon jobs efficiently & cleanly, and were happy to do extra work for me while they were at my house for a reasonable extra fee. I highly recommend Mike & his sub-contractors.

Mike listened..made good suggestions..showed pictures..discussed what I wanted to achieve in my yard and carried through with the plan immediately..was very fair in price and explained the care for each plant and tree. Courteous and well informed..worked with me and asked me to contact him if any of the plantings seem to need attention..so pleased I will call him again for any needs.

It was good. They arrived on time and did what had to be done. Could have been done better but I am satisfied with the work.

The finished product was a well built, handsome looking wooden shed. I do believe Mr. Falco charged me a reasonable amount for the work. I did find him a bit inflexible as far as perhaps doing some other work at a discounted price. He wouldn't even negotiate. But other than that, I give him a very good rating. He finished the job when he said he would, and this is very important with his type of work. I would hire him again when if the need arises.

Completed project in a timely manner. Went above and beyond to make sure I got the best price on my tile. Superb job, very neat and clean.

They tried their best but did not bring the right equipment. They returned later with two drill tools which still posed a problem. They however got the hole drilled without incident

I had Mike Falco install tile on our two balconies. I live in New York and this job was for our condo in Florida. I was anxious about the project and not being there. He couldn't have done more to put me at ease. He went to Home Depot to check on the tile, before I confirmed hiring him. He delivered the tile and WHAT A WONDERFUL GIFT! I arrived late Weds. thinking that the next two days would be chaos of installation. Instead the job was done when I arrived!!! The place was so clean I didn't know he had been there. Most of all the installation was FABULOUS. Mike Falco will be doing all our projects. 4 Years Later ...Mike, U R Incredible!
