"Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I apologize for any misunderstandings regarding the expectations for your house cleaning services. We understand that your home was under construction, and because of the construction, your home was not ready for cleaning. There were various boxes and belongings scattered around the floor. We promised to charge you for organization first, followed by a deep cleaning once we had moved everything out of the way, but when we got to your house, you insisted on the deep cleaning, despite our warning that it would take a long time, so we decided to go ahead with it. We understand that your home was under construction; however, you received a deep cleaning service that was done under hard circumstances. We did our best to clean your home given the challenge of dealing with the boxes and other objects disorganized throughout the home. We recognize your frustration with the additional charges because of the extensive cleaning required throughout your home; however, you paid us 140 out of 300, even though we had cleaned most of your house, worked hard, and used a lot of cleaning chemicals to clean the dust and grime necessary to thoroughly clean your home. In addition to cleaning, we put around three hours of hard work into just organizing your home. You initially agreed to pay us 60 per hour for two people who would move and organize large boxes and not clean. The cost of cleaning was never addressed; it would have been discussed later. We're disappointed that the client did not pay the remaining cost after we tirelessly worked for three hours sorting, moving furniture, and cleaning simultaneously. The bathroom is still under construction"
