"Sadly the Client's attitude was the same state as his house. He stated it was in good condition over the phone, but when we arrived we found that it was not so! It was very grimy, greasy and was in need of a Deep, Deep Clean! Also Anger emanated from him, as he TOLD us what we were GOING to do! We do move small pieces of furniture, but not large sectionals or large office furniture. As I tried to explain this to him, he started raising his voice and became irrational. He went from anger to rage, so there was no discussing this with him. I decided this wasn't a good working environment for us, so we left. We did call Angie's List that day to explain the situation, so the member will have no problems getting a full refund. We wish him the best and hope he finds a cleaning company that is a better fit for his needs."
I am no longer using them. I stopped using them in April of 2016. They did a great job cleaning. They did, however, change my cleaning day frequently and that was just a little inconvenient, because I work. My interaction with them was very good. To improve things in the future when they set a schedule if they would just stick to that exact schedule that would be great. Their cost for the services was very reasonable. I was paying $70 a week.
