+ -1 moreThey came out and inspected, gave me a list of issues and the costs to correct each. I could pick and choose if I wanted to stagger over a course of a few weeks. I had them take care of everything. Termite bond, plug the holes to keep the rats out of my attic. Cleaned and sanitized the attic (removal of rat droppings) Extra insulation installed in attic.

+ -1 moreSeems to have gone well. They come back each month and examine and empty the rodent boxes, they come every couple months to treat the outside of the house and once a year to do the inside. I rarely see any bugs around the house or property. The staff always professional and follow through with any calls.
