Couldn't ask for a better job. He did what he said he would do for the price quoted. Kept in touch via e-mails for quotes and invoicing. I'm keeping the contact information on file because I have a few rental houses that require maintenance services now and then.

They were unable to do the job and the original day quoted but came the following day and made my lawn look great! Will certainly use them again.

It took no time at all to get a response and estimate from Imperial. I was very pleased with the job that they did. And the customer service from all of the employees was very good. I will be using them again.

I had a lot of little things that needed done in my mother's house. Andy did a great job, was very personable. Unfortunately, the list was so long that he and I forgot a few of the things. Andy was on time. The estimate given over the phone was actually more than the bill.

I want to say the rates are good, they do an ok job when they do the work. But Recently cancelled service because they have gone a couple weeks with not showing up or calling to say they wil not be here. Never come on the day they are suppose to always coming several days later . Suppose to be here tuesday and they will show up on Friday or Saturday the come back on Wednesday the next week and do it again. Tried to work with Andy on several occasions to resolve this issue however not sure what the issue is but he could not get it resolved so I was forced to cancel as I was not going to pay for service when I am not getting it.

Had to contend with rain delays so the job took most of 2 days instead of one. Both men were very hard working.

1. Responded immediately to my request for a bid 2.Owner showed up next day on time. Reviewed the project and gave a fair bid. 3.I accepted the bid. The workers arrived on time and finished on time. 4.I hired them to do another trimming job and that was also done well.
