The office calls in advance to schedule treatments. The service technicians are polite and very thorough. I've very pleased with this company.

Both techs that came out to the house were in marked vehicles, wore uniforms and called to confirm their arrival time. Upon explaining my situation to both techs, they listened intently and acted on what needed to be done. The 2nd tech could tell I was very concerned about the bee situation and he took extra care to ensure there wasn't any hiving inside or outside of the house. Both were very responsive and professional.

I recently bought a town home where the inspection revealed a presence of termites in my garage area. I used Inspect All Services to provide me with the termite treatment and over all pest control service. They were very professional in setting up my appointment. The serviceman completed the job and explained what he was doing along the way. I have since decided to continue to use them for general pest control of which I have been pleased with their service.

The deal included two follow up visits to monitor the traps. The first visit was performed as promised. The second service hasn't been accomplished yet. I asked to replace traditional rat traps with sticky traps and they immediately agreed.

I did not meet the technician, but everyone I have spoken with on the phone has been knowledgeable and professional.

It went very well. He was prompt, courteous, very professional and thorough. He sprayed every place possible for ant/roach removal. He explained services going forward if I choose to use them again. I definitely will use them again. They were simply great at their job.

They DID offer a multi-thousand dollar package to seal my roof, though. I got rid of the critters with poison from Home Depot. A complete waste of time and money for me.Buyer beware.

I was present for the first spraying, and the technicians that came were great. They explained what they were doing, and were courteous and respectful in responding to my questions. They used my hoses to fill tanks attached to large leaf blowers that sprayed pesticide on all of the vegetation surrounding my house, and also placed crumbled tablets in the plant saucers where standing water accumulates. I asked them not to spray containers where I am growing herbs, and they were careful not to do so. After the second visit, I was concerned that they might have forgotten and sprayed the herbs, but the technician remembered, and they have now made a special note in the account to avoid them. I was very impressed with the company's response to my concern. It's too early in the mosquito season for me to know whether or not the spraying is eliminating the mosquito population, but so far so good!

Great service. Very clear about dates and times of appointments I live in Candler Park and there's been a problem with squirrels and "tree rats" this season. Techs were prompt and polite and very thorough. Would highly recommend.

We had signs of rats and mice in our basement and actually set out some traps ourselves and caught half a dozen mice and a couple of rats. We were concerned that we hadn't gotten all of them, so took advantage of a "deal" with Inspect-All on Angie's List. They came out and inspected our property and informed us what we had were roof rats and that we had also had squirrels in the attic. They set traps and returned a few days later to check on them. We wanted to be sure the problem didn't recur so we hired Inspect-All to close up all possible entry points - this was an additional $1230 over the cost of the "deal," but they were here most of a day and climbed all over our roof to close up all entry points. We can call them back at anytime for a year. After that, there is a very small annual fee for continuing service. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We definitely recommend them to our neighbors who have rodent problems.

I selected Inspect-all after meeting technicians from 2 other companies and based upon the positive reviews on Angie's list. The technician called ahead prior to arrival, got here on time, was extremely professional and courteous and he explained everything in detail. I live in an old home (circa 1920s) and am very cautious about drilling. The technician drilled, plugged and cleaned up to the point where one would never know that anything had been disturbed. I was thrilled with the service to the extent that one can be thrilled with a termite treatment. After completing the work and carefully restoring anything that had been disturbed around the house, he provided a diagram of the treatment, explained again everything that had been done and answered questions that I asked about other services. There was no upsell, making me even more likely to call this company back. The technician who treated the house was different than the one who provided the estimate. I should also mention that the other guy took quite a bit of time when they initially came out to look over the house and point out trouble areas. A great company. Thanks for taking care in what you do.

Showed on time, did the job they were supposed to do. They accidentally broke attic entrance door, apologized and replaced better than new. Would recommend to others.

.The technician was ontime & courteous, and explained the new treatment in the face of my misgivings. I was a bit slow clearing out afterward, and think I got a bit too much exposure to the concentrated vapor. That, and the poor results with the yard treatment have made me shy away from this reviewfor a long time. I'm rather disgruntled, but to be fair, I really can't ding the company for my own lack of experience with indoor & outdoor insect control. A description of the service, and pertinent planning factors (distance to the next house, etc.) on the website--assuming I didn't overlook some that were already up--would've helped manage my expectations.

The two service reps arrived few minutes early for the appointment, were polite and explained the process and how they would proceed. The services performed were what I had made arrangements for and there was no attempt to up-sell to another level, or otherwise work to increase the fee. Another rep has since returned to inspect the termite bait stations. The company did what I asked, at the price we had agreed upon, and I am satisfied with the results. I wish every company did things this way.

It was great- the helpful young man who did the work was amazingly professional. He explained everything up front and then did what he said he'd do, faster than he predicted. I signed up for a quarterly contract.

They seemed to be punctual; they gave me a date, they were on time and did what needed to be done.

All the folks at Inspect All Services are friendly, professional, and helpful. They performed the exclusion service on our house since we had rodents in the garage. So far we haven't had any critters back! Then we decided to do the quarterly pest maintenance. We had some ants in the kitchen a few weeks ago and they came back out for a follow up call to spray again - at no additional charge. We have been very pleased with their service and responsiveness thus far and continue to give them more business.

1. Saw a deal on Angies List for rodent removal and since we noticed some rodent activity in our attic, we contacted InspectAll. 2. They returned our call and came by promptly as agreed upon and set traps in our Attic. 3. They called and set up at least 3 appointments to check traps and remove any rodents. 4. When this service was completed to our satisfaction, they offered to protect the whole house from rodents - Exclusion. 5. Their initial bid was reduced by $200.00 when their specialist came by for a walk through of our property. 6. We received many calls and reminders from them when we were thinking this through. 7. After a few weeks (nearly a month), we agreed to get them to do Exclusion on our home. 8. Once we agreed to this process and signed paperwork, we did not hear from them and had to call them a few times as we were still hearing noises in our Attic. 9. Finally they did come by and got the Exclusion done quickly and efficiently. While 2 guys worked with ladders at our roof line, the third guy inspected the house and set new traps. 10. They came by to check on traps but we have not seen any rodents in them. 11. We are still having a problem with a particular rodent who is trying to get inside from outside and we need to call the company again about this.

Everything has gone smoothly as far as the first appointment.

They never found anything. Tried to sell me on a very expensive package to eliminate from happening again.
