The office was easy to communicate with via phone and email. The technician was a little late due to traffic, but he was very courteous and called to keep me updated. The service seemed to be very thorough. We have had little opportunity to be outside due to the rainy weather, but the few times we have spent in our yard lead me to feel that the treatment worked. We have seen very few mosquitoes. We are due for our next treatment quite soon. We bought a three month package.

Set appointment, technician arrived on time and sprayed yard as agreed. Looking forward to determine if the spray is effective, particularly after all the rain here in Atlanta!

The experience has gone very well. They call before they come out, give you the time that they will be out, come out and look at your home. They will do their service and then we will not have the knock on the door until their through and everything went well, if not they will leave it there on your doorstep. So you don’t have to be home when they come. They are trustworthy and you don’t have to be here when they do it. I am quite happy with them.

They did a good job. I would recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

Purchased a deal on mosquito spraying for the season (6 months.) I've liked the guy who comes to spray, as well as everyone I've spoken to on the phone so I switched my regular pest control to them, as well.

The Inspect All team is gracious and professional, sending me fantastic folks to do the work. We have licked the problem to date. But for a nominal yearly fee I can continue to have that work guaranteed. Great job!

This service is wonderful! Last year, we could not be in our backyard before 11AM or after 4 PM, without citronella candles and OFF! We can now use our backyard any time of day or night! Worth every penny!

Best thing we have ever done! He was efficient, professional, and the treatment works !!! Even though it rained heavily for several days after he sprayed it absolutely fixed our problem - and some of the mosquitoes were large enough to attack and carry away small children and large pets....

They called right way which is shocking! They kind of got going to set up an appointment with them. I didn't spend any more than what I purchased the big deal for but I took another service. The price was excellent!

Really seems to help. Can go into the backyard without spraying myself & enjoy being outside after work without being eaten alive.

The issues continued for about an additional week after the service. So it did not fix the issue completely, but did help somewhat. He did forget to do our master bed and bath. I had to remind him and then he did go back and do them. I was somewhat uncomfortable with the technician. He was punctual though.

The difference is unbelievable. Although it has only been a couple of weeks, the reduction is mosquitos is significant, making the back yard enjoyable again.

No pre-inspection was done to ensure nothing already exists. Also, 2 of the stations were left sticking up out of the ground and have since gotten accidentally chewed up by a lawnmower. I assume when they come back for 3 month inspection, they would replace them. Would have liked for the stations to be placed where they were not so obvious (like previous termite company had). Also still do not comprehend what I have actually purchased. Is that just stations and if they have activity down the road, too bad? There does not seem to be any communication that tells you, but the receipt left when they put out the stations leads me to believe this is not a bond and does not ensure coverage if you get termites after putting out the stations. I wanted a bond for long term coverage from damage if I get termites. Updated info is the Company has called me and thouroughly explained what I purchased and options. In re-reading the initial offer, this does not cover actual damage, but to add that on is very inexpensive and I will be doing that. They are also sending a technician out to do an inspection to ensure all is good as well as replace any stations needing replacement. They will also move any stations I would like moved at that time. A home inspection can be scary, but Joe put us at ease. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. He arrived a few minutes early, and got to work quickly. I felt confident that he was going to find all the issues in the home. He described/demonstrated to us the issues we should look out for - both the immediate needs and issues to be aware of in the future. The report was sent to us that same evening, with tons of pictures and details that outlined his finds. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a home.

We covered our vegetable and flower pots prior to his arrival. He sprayed the whole yard and within 30 minutes the chemicals dried. That evening we enjoyed an entire night with no bites! We are going on 4 weeks since the treatment and are starting to notice a few bites. They will be back out to spray in a few days and we'll be mosquito free again, yeah! I am a believer in this service and so is my very skeptical husband!

Scott called to let me know his arrival time, he was on time and had a professional appearance. He inspected the house explained what he was going to do and he did it. Scott went from the basement to second floor using different chemicals to spray for bugs. He was happy to answer my questions as he went along and then he did the perimeter of the house with granules. Scott did a thorough inspection and explained we might see some bugs as the chemicals would bring them out and kill them. This was a very competent person and I believe that the company has done a good job hiring and training him for great customer service. He gave me a detailed explanation sheet and I signed up for one years service. I would recommend them to anyone who has a bug problem and whose wife hates bugs. I purchased about $1500 extra and that was for making sure that nothing will get to my attic and for trapping service. I was very pleased with everything.

The technician was on time and extremely courteous. He examined the property, explained what he would do and how long it would take. Then he went right to work. It has only been a few days since the treatment and we did have severe rain later that day, but so far no mosquitoes. He also told me to feel free to call if we needed a respray before the next monthly treatment.

Michael called ahead of time as Inspect-All Services said the tech would. It was perfect because I was already on the way home. He showed up and went right to work. He allowed me to get everything out regarding our rodent infestation and offered some insight of his own. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and conversational. I asked questions left and right and he was thorough and patient with his answers. He clearly explained what he was doing and how the service worked. He inspected the exterior of our home and provided and in-depth analysis of possible rodent entry points and put together a proposal for a whole house exclusion. If I ran a pest control business, this is how I would run it. Customer service oriented, extremely professional and proficient. Experts in their field and it definitely shows. I pray I don't have any more rodent problems, but if I do, I have the confidence that Inspect-All Services can get the job done with flying colors.

The deal was $119 for three months, but they told us if we wanted to continue using them beyond that it would be $40 a month. This was my first time using them and there was a difference. At the very beginning there were no mosquitoes at all. I didn't see any mosquitoes probably around the first two weeks, but then afterwards we've had all this rain. Yesterday we were out there with our grandchildren and the mosquitoes were back. My overall experience with them was good. The very day that I signed up for it I got a call from them. I did not call them, but they called me which was quick. As far as dealing with them at the office they were professional and they came the day they said they would come, but we were not home.
