Kingfish Pest Control

We had confusion setting the date for our first application which was to start in June. However, the application happened on July 1st and we have not seen a mosquito since. Our backyard is very shady with lots of ivy. Normally we cannot stand in the backyard without getting eaten up with bites. Seriously, NO BITES and its been almost three weeks and we have had soooo much rain this summer. They will be back the first of August for our second application. Now we can enjoy our back yard again!

I thought they were great. They were also on time. I got confused because I had wrote down 8:00, but it was supposed to be between 8:00 and 12:00 which was my mistake. The young man came and he did it. He talked to my husband and explained it. He said that our house was in pretty good shape, but because of the age of it he thought it was wise that we decided to do it. He explained that the company is supposed to come back in three months. We had already paid for it and everything. It was fine and the price was fine. It was our first time using Angie's List and he was very nice. I would use them again and I will probably tell my brother about them.

My dealings with Ryan Lewis started with his prompt response to my request for an insepection and quote. He had his technician there in less than two days and report was the most complete and professional of all the ones I got (4). Their were color pictures of all the problem areas and even a picture of the technician. I had to change things around a couple of times due to other projects in the home and Ryan could not have been more cooperative. The technician came out this morning and he did an amazingly thorough job. He treated my house like it was his own. I have to say that I started out as a skeptic, but Inspect-All lived up to their high ratings on Angies List.

The technician handling the mosquito control made an extra effort to coordinate with us so he could access our deck, which can only be accessed from inside the house. The technician (Andy?) who handled the ant problem was very thorough (inspected the entire perimeter of the house, inside and out), gave us a full explanation on what ants are looking for to predict where they would likely enter the house and made a couple good recommendations that we could do on our own--for free.

Extremely pleased. It's incredible I have full use of my yard again. The treatment has held even in this rainy season we've been having. Inspect-all Services were very professional and detailed. I would definitely recommend their services.

Services performed as advertised. Results have been great so far. Very minimal mosquito activity if any at all affecting us.

I have used this service for three months and up to this date have been pleased with there quick response and desire to provide excellent service.

It turned out well. They came within 10 days. I have been calling asking them to come do it. They've been coming, that's part of the agreement. They have been easy to deal with. I have called them in a couple of occasions. I got a "Big Deal" from them I believe prior maybe last year or early this year to do pest and termite control. Their customer service is responsive, to my knowledge they've been executing on the contract.

Spraying kept our yard free of mosquitoes for several weeks. Long enough for the outdoor party we had planned.

The services worked out wonderful. I got in touch with them using online chat, and scheduled my appointment during the chat, instead of having to call. That was nice. The weather had been raining and they made sure they check the weather before coming to spray for the mosquitoes. He should be coming back this week.

Wonderful! They contact you to let you know when they will be coming and arrive just as they said. I really don't remember how much I paid them for summer treatments. This is the first time we have ever sprayed for mosquitos. I just didn't believe it would work, but WOW it has been wonderful. We have a pool that we can enjoy now. What a pleasure to sit outside and not get carried away by the mosquitos. Will absolutely use them next year!!!!!

Kristen in the office was very nice. She was friendly and professional. We set the appointment and she was able to arrange to have the service technician call me when he was on his way so that I didn't spend my entire day waiting. Charles, the technician gave me plenty of notice and was right on time. Both were a pleasure to deal with. My disappointment came when I noticed that there wasn't much reduction in mosquitos after several days. Kristen email a few days after the treatment to find out how everything was going.I emailed back that, so far, I was disappointed in the results, but was willing to wait a few more days to see if there was a difference. Within an hour someone from their office (sorry, don't remember his name) called me--very apologetic. I was impressed with such fast response on a weekend. He assured me that their product usually had better results and arranged to have a technician revisit my home for another treatment. I didn't have to be home so I was not inconvenienced. It's been raining a lot here, so I still can't tell if the treatment worked, but the customer service was outstanding. For that reason alone, I might give them another try.

Inspect-All Services worked out just fine. I'm very happy with the results. They're very responsive on the telephone. The service was great and it really worked. It really controls mosquitoes.
