They came out and installed it. I don't know anything beyond that. They seemed very friendly. As far as I'm concerned, everything looks good to me. They didn't charge me more than the big deal purchase. They came out pretty quickly, like 2 - 3 days after I purchased the big deal. They're generally good. They're nice people and they're on time. I would use them again in the future.

Things went great. I called them and they responded right away. They called me to set up a date and time and they came out on that date and time and did the job. It was pretty quick and I was satisfied with it. I had them come back quarterly to do the followup. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I think the price was outstanding and that's why I got it. They were very good. I had no problems at all.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was adequate. They did what they said they would do. I paid extra because I had them do extra services. They closed the gaps on the side of the roof. It was the first time that I used them. I haven't had any problems since they came out.

Went well very thorough in fogging. Very professional even when he was stung twice by a wasp.

They called me about 2 minutes after I purchased the Deal online to schedule an appointment. They showed up when expected, inspected the whole house (and found no termites or damage, thank God!) and installed termite baits around the house. They gave me a verbal estimate on rodent exclusion (and e-mailed me the estimate). The Deal includes one year of monitoring, renewable each year thereafter. They were professional, prompt, efficient and polite. I would recommend them for similar service.

It was so far, so good. The guy showed up on time. He did what he said he's going to do. They scheduled it in a timely manner. I was pretty satisfied with the service. This morning when I woke up, I saw what I thought as a winged termite. It can happen and it's no big deal. I was going to call them back. Other than that, with him providing the service and walking me through what he did, it was fine. There were no additional charges. The traps designed to keep termites away from the house.They explained to me how the traps work and he explained to me how often they're going to come out and inspect them. The experience was pretty good. I would use them again.

Inspect-All Services were fine. The only problem is that we had so much rain here, that's it hard to know if it really was effective or not, because of all the rain. They did a good job of getting out here and communicating with me.

The technician was courteous and efficient. Good job.

I can't think of anything I dislike about them. They were prompt. He explained things well. I think he started the same day he came out. He came back for followup when he said he was going to. He's courteous. I thought it was a good value.

It seems to be working fine. I think it's just fine, it's just mosquito control so it's not really anything under their control. They just come in a regular basis, I don't have to call them to come, they just come and I don't schedule it, they just come once a month and it works for me. I've never seen the guy, I've never met him. He just come and does his thing and then goes.

It turned out fair. I had wasps in a screened in area. They told me they couldn't do too much because of the structure. They still charged the same amount and did the work. There was no follow up after the work to check on the wasps, which returned shortly after. There were less wasps, but they didn't go away completely.

What ever it did, did not help the cause of my problem.

It went well from the initial call through the follow-up contact. I had discovered a wasp nest the size of a cantaloupe in my hedge along the front of the house while trimming last weekend. I could see the insects coming and going but not the nest at first. I attempted to kill the nest by spraying the area with one of the wasp insecticides from my local big box store. This did not kill the nest but damaged the bush in that area exposing the large nest. Once I had had a look at the nest I knew that it was trouble. I came to Angie's List right away and found many good reviews for INSPECT-ALL. As I usually do I called them to ensure that they service my neighborhood. I let them know that I was calling based upon Angie's List reviews and asked about applicable deals. I was referred to Ryan who helped me decide how best to proceed. He said that the nest/hive removal was not specifically covered in any coupon but that he would give me a discount applicable to all Angie's List members. Ryan was very knowledgeable and asked several questions about the nest: size, location, color, insect characteristics. He explained that the species of the insect was important because of the wide variation in their aggressiveness around the hive. He decided that this was likely an aggressive type of hornet, yikes! This nest was right by the front sidewalk at waste height. On Ryan's advice I roped off that area and he agreed to try to work me in that same day. Later that day Robert Flores called and let me know when he would arrive. He arrived at the agreed time and immediately put me at ease about taking care of this menacing hornet nest. Robert kept me informed of his progress and cautioned me to stay inside while he was treating the hive. He used his smart phone to identify the species before deciding how to best proceed. He concluded that the species was indeed an aggressive species that often builds nests in shrubs. I mentioned to Robert that I would be interested in a pest control plan during our first talk and went inside while he took care of the nest. After he had sprayed the nest he came into the house and we went over all the details of the service plan and costs. We agreed to do the initial pest control treatment as part of charge for this visit. Next Robert went back to the nest and used a tool to split it open and again sprayed it to ensure all larvae were also exterminated. Robert walked all around inside and outside my house before performing the initial pest control treatment. He provided advice and addressed all of my questions. He then did the full treatment and provided a detailed invoice showing the advance payment I had made through the main office. Robert went back to the nest a third time to ensure all insects were dead and tried to remove it from the hedge. This was not possible without cutting into the thick boxwood shrub. He explained how to remove it to me in great detail. He cautioned me to keep all animals and children away from that area for 48 hours to allow the insecticide to dissipate. The next day I called and again spoke with Ryan about setting up the plan. He went over all the costs and scheduling details addressing all of my questions. After 48 hours I was able to cut the shrub enough to remove the nest and finish trimming that area of the hedge without no fear of being attacked.

Arrived on time, explained services and details of inspecting for termites and the use of bait traps. Completed job quickly, but did make a slight mess of some of the mulch beds.

I felt that it was a good price value, but I am not certain as to, the termite walls and regulations in Georgia are little nebulous in my estimation. The guy was courteous. He did a good job. He did make a big mess outside and I also had another technician come check for pests. The guy went into my attic and put sticky pads for mice and we saw no mice and he wanted to do wrap up service around the house to prevent any mice or chipmunks or whatever getting in. Anyway the stations that he put out we actually called nothing and they came back out and they said well ant blade wouldn't catch anything. I thought the neck that they used was very effective, but the wrap thing around the house they wanted to do it for something like $1400 or something like that and I didn't think it was of very good price. They came back to follow up the bait station and found they didn't catch anything so I just kind of felt like that was not a very effective approach to prove that the problem existed and mice squirrels were in the attic and I just not satisfied with that and I just felt like it was more of avenue to sell me something or switch me to something more expensive.

They were polite, prompt, and we've really enjoyed having them as our pest control company. They call me ahead of time to let me know that I need to put up my dog, which is a big deal for me. They show up when they say they're going to show up and they'll treat whether or not I'm at home. They have made sure to tell me that if we see any problem in-between treatments to let them know immediately and they'll come out for free to take care of it.

I had purchased a big deal, and it went pretty well. They came when they said they were coming, they were on time and they were courteous. I paid more and got a regular pet service as well. The prices seemed reasonable, and I think we got a pretty good deal.

They gave a 2-hour window to come the next day and Andy came on time. He treated the perimeter of the house and inside the house with 4 different kinds of insecticides. He also checked the crawl space and did a free check for termites while he was in there. Andy was very thorough and explained what he was going to do and then explained afterwards what he did and what to expect. The sprays left no smells and we haven't seen any ants since. Overall I'm very satisfied and I would use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went fine. He sprayed pretty well and I recommend this company to family and friends.

Bought the Angie's List deal for summer mosquito service. They have been great! I have had bad luck in the past with various services and am happy to have one that works out so well.
