I would highly recommend Tru Colors to anyone wanting painting done of their home. From my initial dealings with John, to coordinating of the work with Helen, and finally the actually painting of the home by Steven and his crew - I cannot say enough. Everyone was amazing, and the work is exceptional. We continue to get great comments about the workmanship. They executed the job as outlined, were on time, and completed the work when they said it would be done. Will absolutely use them again.

AMAZING! Cannot say enough about how good their work was. We had a leak through the wall and foundation that ruined some flooring, and took our time researching companies and proposals on how to resolve (especially as insurance was covering the costs!!). We had higher priced options and lower priced ones - but we felt Tru Colors provided best options, best value, and best service. They were on time, professional, and there was no pain spilled anywhere - you could not tell they were even there! They were able to color match paint for us that we chose, and we opted for the upgraded paint and services for a nominal fee. We told Lori she could use as as a reference for their prospective customers, and will use them again in 7-10 years when we need to repaint. The house looks beautiful, we are completely waterproofed, and their service was top notch. Everyone who showed up was an employee of Tru Colors (no subcontracting!!), and they are all about customer service. You may find cheaper companies, but they are cheap for a reason...when you are looking for service and professionalism with value, you will be in good hands with Tru Color.

We wanted to paint our 20 year old screen enclosure. It was oxidated and had numerous repairs that stood out. We hired Tru Colors to do the painting and Hyde screening to do the repair and re-screen the enclosure. They work together as a team. They schedule days and times between themselves. Tru Colors even came back twice to paint the errors that Hyde screening did. I wasn't sure how our screening would look and if this was a good idea or a waste of money. But after doing it, I would definitely tell anyone to do it. It made such a huge difference in the look and age of my backyard.

This is by far the best company I have ever contracted to do this kind of work. They are punctual and detailed. I wish they were in all cities that I do work- I am a designer and using Tru Colors I am assured of no problems... none ! They finished ahead of schedule and left the place clean. We first hired Tru Colors to paint the exterior of our home and pressure wash and seal our driveway and rear patio and then contracted with them again to paint 4 interior areas of our home (including the removal of some wallpaper). From our first interaction with Paul to the follow up with Lori, they were true professionals. The work crews were very professional and polite. Both jobs were big and challenging and there were a few minor hiccups. However, any concerns we had were addressed immediately and very professionally. We could not be more pleased with the final product and plan to use them for all of our future painting needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality painter.

It went amazingly well. From start to finish. From call backs, to initial meeting with the estimator (Joe) who was very nice and thorough. Arrived early, gave me verbal estimate before leaving and within minutes of him leaving I received a written estimate on my email. They stuck to the estimate with no overages. They did not require any deposit or downpayment which was unheard of in this city. $ upon completion and satisfaction of work. Lori even called me the night before (Sun.) starting the job to say they were going to arrive 1/2 later than originally planned because of distance. The workers arrived right on time and all of them were very courteous, professional, respectful of myself as well as my property. They prepped everything for minimal mess. I was very happy with all they did. My ceilings look amazing!!! I had dreaded this process for years because of all the horror stories I had heard. But thanks to Tru Colors and Jerry and his WHOLE crew it was seamless. And best of all it's DONE and BEAUTIFUL!!! I would highly recommend them for any job they perform.

They did an excellent job. I especially liked the fact that Paul helped me choose paint colors as I was totally overwhelmed with the options. They painted the entire inside of the house in a tight timeframe. There were a few niggles along the way but they handled each one immediately.

Very professional. Paul prepared a thorough estimate and held to it (no cost overruns). He was very helpful selecting colors and put my wife very much at ease, which is no mean task. The preparation, before any sanding or painting began, was painstakingly thorough, including the thorough covering of all of our hardwood and tile floors, ensuring their protection from sanding dust, paint drips, etc. The crew was punctual, professional and diligent. They were delayed in starting their work by the work of another contractor, but some of the crew worked late on a couple of evenings, so the job could nevertheless be completed as and when originally promised. They did a great job, used Sherwin Williams best interior paints, and I would highly recommend them.

The experienced from estimate to contract paperwork, to company office contact/support( ie: Lori) to work completion reached an excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction not often found anymore. The estimate was sent timely, the contracts were done immediately and from pressure washing to completion was a steady stream of an on-time, hard working professional team who did consistently excellent work. I could not have been more pleased. The icing on the cake was during the complete walk around with the leader of the team to ensure I was satisfied. I found a few areas that needed a touch up. That can sometimes be met by a service provider with 'eye rolling' and a response that indicates being 'too picky'. The areas were fixed immediately and the supervisor saw areas that I did not see giving me the feeling, there was tremendous pride in each job..not matter how small or large. Mine was certainly a 'smaller' job but I felt like I was given the same treatment as a larger job. Would I use them again--you bet. In fact, I am a year late in posting this review which I intended to do immediately afterward but had forgotten. The reason I remembered? I'm about to call for another estimate for the entire interior painting of my house.

We purchased the subject house on July 10th, this project started on July 11th and finished on July 20th. The project was to remove popcorn from all ceilings, knockdown, install baseboards for the entire house, paint the stair railings, and paint all interior walls and doors. A team of 3-4 people came to my house each day and worked pretty fast and delicately. I was not at the house everyday; however, I went by every evening to check on the progress. Their prep work was great (i.e. covering plugs, windows, countertops, etc.). After the project was finished, I moved into the house. During the move, movers messed up some of the painting on the walls. Without any hesitation or push back, Tru Colors came back after the moving was over and did all the necessary touch ups. We were very pleased with their services. The team and the management (Paul and Lori) were very nice and sincere. I would use Tru Colors again without a doubt.

There were some hiccups along the way, and the job took longer than expected, but the rain was a definite factor and we added more things on for them to do as we went along, all at reasonable prices.This company did everything they said they would and more. The workers were very respectful and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Any questions or concerns were relayed and answered almost immediately. I was very happy with the company and would definitely use them again.

My wife and I were preparing to move into our new 2 story house and wanted to repaint the entire interior. Our realtor recommended Tru-Colors for the job so we invited them to give us an estimate, along with 2 other companies that we found on Angie's list. Tru-Colors was significantly cheaper than the others and Paul Wilson was very friendly during the consultation. They were able to accommodate our very tight schedule, starting immediately after we agreed on the terms. Jorge (the project manager) worked with us to determine colors and throughout the project he went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. The work was completed on time and although there were a few issues that needed correction, Jorge and Tru-Colors were willing to come back as many times as necessary to correct anything we found to be unsatisfactory. They even removed an old retractable projector screen built into the ceiling behind a veneer. They did such a good job replacing the trim that you can barely tell it was ever there. They also removed a lot of old shelving and other fixtures and did a great deal of excellent patch work. I've never hired painters before and although you might find better quality for a premium, you can't beat the value you get from this company in terms of price, customer service, professionalism, and punctuality. Our house looks amazing 8 months later!

From my initial meeting with Paul I felt completely at ease and trusted in this company. I was provided with a complete itemized estimate in a very timely manner. The job was started quickly and all work was performed perfectly. Whenever I had a question I phoned Paul directly on his cell or called Lori at the office. My calls were always answered and anything I asked was done without hesitation. If you are looking for a professional company to complete your work I would go nowhere else.

These guys are fantastic. Tim came to my home to give a estimate he was on time and very professional and really cares about pleasing his customers. They did not take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. The painters arrived on time and started right away. A few hours into them working a supervisor showed up to discuss the color. I believe is name was Jason though I'm not positive iin any case he was so professional. The painters and the supervisor took time to walk down the street to look at another home in my neighborhood so I can show them what I wanted done. They did the job in a timely manner, cleaned up after they were done. I will be using them for interior and exterior painting for sure.

They came for the consultation and gave us a great quote that day. Their crew showed up on time and did the work within the time frame we needed. They were always there for questions. We did a walk through the last day and any little thing we saw that we wanted touched up they fixed. The work was beautifully done and we get many compliments on the colors and quality of the work done. They took out the stress of having to paint on our own. I will recommend them and use them for any future painting needs.

Contact by phone and email was good. They pressure washed the house even though it had been done 1 month prior. Paul was excellent helping with the colors to compliment my roof colors. He went over everything that they do and answered any questions I had. Lori was very pleasant to deal with as well!!! They guys showed up ready to work and cleaned up afterwards everyday. They were here working for 3 days. My house looks beautiful!!

We just had the exterior of our home painted by TruColors. They did an excellent job. The processed kicked off with Paul stopping by to see the property to give an estimate. He looked around, we discussed some waterproofing concerns, and he measured the perimeter. He described the TruColor process on the job and then gave us a verbal quote before leaving. His team quickly followed up with a formal quote via email. The quote was impressive. Very detailed and professional. We decided to hire TruColors for their professionalism. We are so happy we decided to go with TruColors. They helped us with color selections, put up samples, and pressure cleaned the house, roof, and pavers. The painting crew was exceptional. The lead painter Freddy has amazing attention to detail and is really on top of it. A true professional of his trade. Freddy and his team of 2-3 painters painted our house over a few weeks (the raining season preventing painting across a few days). The painting team was incredibly respectful to our property too. They kept everything clean and picked up after themselves daily. We have never been so impressed with a S. FL home improvement provider. The house looks even better than we ever imagined. And they actually did take care of the window leak problem we had. Amazing! Lori was also great. She would inform us of schedules and stayed on top of the whole process. If there was any confusion (rarely), we could just call Lori to clarify. She would address it immediately. Seriously… super impressed with TruColors. We strongly recommend this company and are already asking them to perform interior painting work for us.

We are so happy that we found Tru-Colors! Paul arrived and gave us an estimate on the work that needed to be done, he was very personable and took the time to explain the process. Their pricing is right on target with other companies in the area, but we chose them because of the amazing team at Tru-Colors. Lori is a pleasure to work with and is wonderful when it comes to answering your questions. While the team was doing the popcorn removal a few more little jobs popped up like taking down a ledge on a wall and patching up the signs of an old leak on our bathroom ceiling. Lori was able to give us a quote within the hour over the phone using pictures we sent her and the team completed those items the same day. The team that arrived was headed by Renee and his son, who were absolutely wonderful! Big thumbs up for Tru-Colors! We already have them scheduled for more work in our home.

Any issues that arose were handled in a timely, professional manner. I felt confident during each step of my renovation and truly appreciate the level of customer service I received. Bid process was good, owner arrived and looked at work, repeated the goals several timesso we both understood the scope of the work. He then gave me a quote verbally and I received a written quote by email a day later. I hired them and they were super responsive. We scheduled the crew by phone. They arrived promptly and started to work immediately. They were professional and communicated with me about the process and the work proceded without any issues. We had multiple colors and they were very good about being sure they were putting the correct color in the correct place. The attention to detail was excellent and after they were done, the office followed up to be sure I was satisfied. I have had years of experience with painters/painting companies as I was a GC for 20 years. I have never worked with a better crew of painters.

COMPETITIVELY PRICED, RESPONSIVE, THOROUGH -- We had a wonderful experience with Paul Wilson and the Tru Colors team for the painting of the entire interior of our Palm Beach Gardens home. Paul, the owner, personally came to our house, measured, and gave us (what turned out to be ) a very accurate estimate. He also did a wonderful job of explaining the process his team would use to execute the project should we choose them. After comparing his quote with two other providers, we decided to go with Tru Colors. They are competitively priced, responsive, and thorough. Our initial impression of their professionalism carried through to the end of the project. Our home looks spectacular and we are absolutely pleased with everything they did. They also did a perfect job on the extensive trim work and wainscoting in our home. I couldn't be happier. I'd use them again and have already recommended them to friends and co-workers.
