Mister Sparky of Pompano Beach

Problems from start to finish. They were supposed to come from 4pm to 7pm. Got a call at 230pm asking if they could come early. I called dispatch and said I was working, but I would be there at 5pm. They said that was fine and plumber would call me when he was on his way. Checked my phone at 430 and there was a message from the Plumber saying he was at my building and was leaving because I wasn't there. After multiple phone calls explaining that I needed this done on this day, and being told they had no record of my other call, they got him to come back out. I needed him to look at 4 things. I stayed with him for the 1st thing, but then left because we went over everything and I gave him directions on what I needed to be reviewed. 10 minutes after I left I got an email with an estimate for the 1st thing, and he just never stayed and did the 3 other things we spoke about. Took my money for the call, but never got a receipt. Three contacts to get them to agree to refund me what I paid.

Grossly overcharged, job incomplete, two return calls never met. Would not recommend at all!

The work requested was done. However, I need to hire someone else to complete it. Additionally, a job I did not request was done increasing the cost substantially. Receipt does not specify charges and the service charge was added to the total charge, not included.

Estimate and actual cost were right in line. This was a job another electrical contractor had turned down. They did a great job bringing in the right professionals for the job.

Expensive, but they've done a really good job. Needed to get two outlets replaced, they tested both of them, confirmed the problem and promptly replaced them. No more issues with my appliances ever since. Short: I would recommend.

They used scare tactics to purchase whole house rewire, because I was a woman. Whan rehooking light loop was not replaced plus much much more. Very upset, etc

Superb customer service and work quality. Rates for electrical replacements are insanely high. I wanted to do other repairs but hold them because of the cost. They have a corporate app which gives standard prices for parts that you can get much cheaper in a hardware store. You can't distinguish between labor and part.

The electrician was very knowledgeable and informative. He arrived within the 2 hour window and performed the requested service. He was very good at diagnosing the problem. I appreciated that he arrived closer to the start time chosen on Home Advisor so I wasn't wasting my time waiting. I would use Mr. Sparky again based on this visit to repair my outlet.
