Extremely well!  Mark recovered more than I expected.  He provided a very detailed estimate of all the work that needed to be done.  I'm very happy with the end result and his level of communication.  Having damage to your home is stressful to say the least and then having to deal with your insurance company who only want to pay the bare minimum is even worse.   I had no idea that hiring a public adjuster could provide such a benefit.  I could not have recovered such an amount on my own (even if I had the time).   We recovered much more with his help.  I would and will recommend him to everyone that has to deal with an insurance claim.  

This was a long process, but Mark never quit on us.  He kept after the insurance company and met with their representatives many times to make sure that they knew the extent of the damage.  He also took the process to arbitration when the insurance company still wouldn't agree to a reasonable settlement.  He stayed in contact with us at all times, gave us time frame estimates and continued to press our case.  He relieved us of the burden of  trying to deal with the insurance company long-distance (we don't live in Florida full time) and arranged a settlement that covered our costs. We would recommend him highly for anyone in a similar situation.

Having something bad happen to your home is bad enough, but as anyone who may have suffered some form of damage, it is dealing with insurance companies afterwards to negotiate a settlement that has got to be worst part of the process. No one should ever have to be subjected to that.

Well, I will never have to go through that alone again, since I have found Mark Ryan Claims Adjusting.

All I can say is that on my own, I was initially offered $3000 which was later revised to $8000 after deductible.

Because of how much better the claim was handled with Mark's representation, we received full value of our policy and since it was actually above our policy limits, we even received the refund of our deductible.
