Bobby from Top Service was the first Pro to contact me. I explained what I needed prior to me returning to Florida from NY. I texted him upon my arrival that my garage door spring had broken. He gave me an estimate by email that day and was out the following to measure. We planned a November install due to the time it takes to get a permit. The permit was started that day and they were told to go ahead and install as the permit process was started. I got a call from Bobby the following day that they had a door and could install on Saturday. This all happened from Oct 8 to the 12th. We made plans for a 9:30 install on Saturday the 12th, he called he was early could he come earlier? By all means please do and he was there by about 8:45 and quick to start the door replacement. He explained every step and every detail and the wind rating and inspection procedure that will happen in November some time. I cannot say enough about this man and his Uncle Hector who worked beside him. They are very friendly, professional and courteous men. I would recommend these guys and this company to everyone!! I have Bobbyâ s number if I have any issues or questions and was told to call anytime. If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would. Thank you again Bobby and Hector for a great job! Tammy C.

My review is the same as all the others I have read. I rate Bobby 5 stars. Pleasant to deal with and finished the job quickly. Had the lowest price of all the other companies that provided me with an estimate. They gave me an "estimate" (or range) so I wouldn't really know the cost of the job exactly. Bobby quoted me an exact amount right off which was refreshing. He arrived as scheduled and did a professional job for me. I will use him in any future repair I may have. I have already referred him to a friend of mine to show everyone reading this how much I value his work and experience.I prefer using a small business like this instead of a larger company where you can get the run-around. With Bobby, you're dealing with the owner.

They came the same day and lubricated everything and quoted the price for an overhaul. They were willing to do the overhaul as soon as today.

He showed up on time, did exactly what he promised and didn’t overcharge. He’s not the cheapest guy out there but the difference was minimal and my past experience with BAD contractors makes this company stand out. You need a garage door or opener (he replaced my opener in a really difficult access situation) call Top Service.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Top Service! I was on my way out the door when my garage door decided not to open all the way up. I called a few companies and decided on this one when they said they could have someone here in less than a hour. Their service guy, Bobby was so helpful and knowledgeable.
