Cupboards put in wrong.....light in wrong place.....a/c vent had to be moved twice...light switches had to be redone several times....several faulty can lights had to be replaced.....garbage was not routinely taken care of and we made 2 trips to the dump ourselves......started to lay floor tile wrong until we corrected them.....drilled holes for drawer handles wrong & crooked....the list went on and on....

They tried to find what they have and they did call back. They went out if their boundaries to help me. They told me the verities and the colors they had. They did not try to brush me off.

The workers from Lowe's did an terrific job and their customer service was excellent.

The installation was good but I had some problem with their cost estimates. The quality of work was good but estimate more then what I assumed it should be.

It went very well. They follow up on their work, I've been very satisfied. They are very good on warranties. They are very careful to check and make sure that everything is okay. They sent an inspector out for the doors.

Got everything we were looking for! Bought plants, dirt and light bulbs.

The people installing for Lowe's showed up as soon as the materials were in (took a little longer than I expected) and worked in my home for six days. This included moving my furniture into a pod (Lowe's helped me to schedule delivery to and pick up from my home), removal of old flooring (carpet, laminate, linoleum), installation of new floor, and putting all my furniture back. We had to stay in a hotel while this work was performed and Lowe's reimbursed us for the cost of the hotel room. Overall it was a bit stressful but worth it as our floors look great!

They were awesome! Damon the store manager goes above and beyond. We had an issue with the grout and he was willing to tear everything out if we wanted and start fresh. They are the epitome of customer service. I can not say enough great things about them!

They were prompt and did a good job.

They were excellent. I had no problems with them throughout the remodel. Anytime I had a question or concern they would send someone out right away to answer my question or fix my concern. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We contacted them because we do a lot of business with them. They always provide good customer service. They are always on time and very polite. They were able to answer any question that we had about the windows.

It didn't start off terrific b/c we picked out a carpet that was discontinued, because of that they offered to take 10% off the order, without me even asking. The price quoted was exactly what I paid with no hidden costs. The gentleman that waited on us at Lowe's, Mike Ward, was very knowledgeable.

They were helpful in helping me choose which windows to use. The installation of the windows and the door was exceptional. They were nice to have in my home. I have used Lowe's before and have always been happy with them.
