Fine. I have no complaints about AutoWay.

They have been amazing to me since I first began using them in the late 1970's. Their service is excellent, they are professional and their customer service is outstanding. They are reasonably priced and efficient. I would recommend them and use them again.

I've bought a couple of cars from them now and I've had satisfactory experiences with them. I hate buying a car because you're always you're getting ripped off, but I felt good with the dealers that I got.

The whole car buying experience was great.  Chris spent a great deal of time with me and my husband during the process.  He found several cars that met what I was looking for.  There was no pressure or rushing me to make any decisions.  They honored the TrueCar  price certificate I brought in and gave me a good price on my  trade-in, & included some added options at no charge.  Chris Heilman was so easy to work with and we were very comfortable throughout the process.  If you want a great car and an outstanding car salesman to sell it to you, go see Chris at AutoNation Toyota in Pinellas Park.

My initial contact with them was very good. the sales people were very god to.  I used them through my Coscoo membership and the price was set. I haven’t even gotten to 3,000 mile and one of my tires I had an issue with. I took it to them. First they told me that it was under warranty. Then 20 minutes later they said it was not covered under warranty. It cost about $300.00for one tire.

I made an appointment. I had a short wait. Everyone was really nice. They did great job. It was a fast service and they were pleasant. The first routine maintenance was even free.

They found us the car we wanted from another dealership and had it delivered - so far, so good. When we went to purchase the car, they were far from prompt in the process. We ended up being there late into the evening. The finance representative was abrupt and when we had questions about the warranty he repeatedly interrupted us, so we were unable to get good answers to our questions. I even had to say "Can I please ask a question?" so he would refrain from interrupting. We stressed the importance of keeping our payment at a certain rate several times. Finally, growing weary of his sales tactics, we asked if we could review the material and purchase in a couple of days. We were told we would have to pay cash. We asked if we could buy now and cancel the warranty later and were told that would not be a problem. We reiterated the importance of maintaining a certain monthly payment. After reviewing the material the next day, we decided against the warranty and called to cancel. We were told there would be no problem. Over a month later we received our first bill and our payment had gone up by $43 per month because they took the warranty off the backend of the loan. We were never told this was going to happen. Major issue was - we had a 0% interest loan and we had repeatedly stressed the importance of keeping the payment a certain amount. We spoke with the sales manager several times, she defended her employee as opposed to apologizing for his rude behavior and was NO help. Neither was the general manager. Researching the situation we did discover there was a way to ensure we could get the payment we wanted, they just were not willing to do it. We wasted many hours of our time and lots of energy. Needlessly frustrating. Long story short - buy anywhere but here. You'll be lucky to dodge their sketchy sales tactics and, if one of their staff does something wrong - they'll defend them and you'll be out of options.

They have provided excellent service. They are very honest. They are polite and kind to work with. They are very considerate of their customers. They have the work done at the time that they say they will.

I'm sure I pay more because I go to the dealership rather than an independent repair shop.  But I trust the dealership to make only the needed repairs, to do the work correctly and to use the appropriate replacement parts as needed.   The location of the shop and the hours are very convenient for my work day, plus they are open 7 days a week.
When I purchased the car, I negotiated to receive two years of ToyotaCare even though I purchased the car used.  I bought an extra two years of ToyotaCare when that ran out.  It covers lube, oil filter, tire rotation, and "VIP" treatment.
The Service Managers have all been very polite and explain everything carefully.  They have not recommended any work that the car did not need, as far as I know.   They offer a courtesy van that is always clean and the drivers have all been very nice.  They always call when they are about 10 minutes from my office to pick me up and return me to the dealership to retrieve my car.

The experience went very well. They provided information, there was no pressure, they were will willing to deal and we got a new Camry. They are very reasonable. They were a pleasure to deal with and they give free doughnuts and coffee. They have a service program, where if you buy a car, they give you service for a period of time and they were easy to contact and available.

They did a fantastic job with my air-conditioning. It cost me nothing because they were able to negotiate it under my extended warranty; and that's the part that impressed me. They negotiated with the extended warranty company. They diagnosed the air-conditioning very quickly and accurately.

They're very professional and it's easy to make appointments online. They're very courteous and they seem to do high volumes. They have coffee and doughnuts in the waiting area. They have transportation for you to and from your house. Their service is just really excellent and so far I haven't had any high pressure in terms of buying things I don't need. Everything about them is good.

I have been using them for the past 20 years. It's easy to make an appointment, and they take care of me. They don't do anything I don't need. They have a courtesy van that will take me home and pick me up. They always call me to update me. They call me after I get home to see if everything is okay. They have a good waiting room with coffee and donuts.
