Description of Work: They have performeder regular lawn and shrub pest control and fertilization for several years. The service is frequent, on time and the service personnel and pleasant. They are not particularly good at solving specific infestation problems except to duplicate poison applications. They tend to shift the blame to the owner by saying that one doesn't water enough or you don't know what you are talking about. Unfortunately, there are not good alternative companies in the market. I feel they may make too many applications and this raises the overall cost.

Description of Work: They were hired to upgrade the condition of my lawn by spraying for parasites, fertilizing, etc. After several months it became apparent that the lawn was worse than before they started. They replaced some dead sod and I never used them again.

Description of Work: Its the old bait and switch tactic. Sometimes three trucks would show up on the same day and TruGreen would charge $49.00 per visit. My yard looks worse than ever and I'm going to have to some of it re-sodded.

+ -1 moreSatisfactory work. Not very impressed with an additional service I paid for to have a major case of different types of outdoor ants controlled/removed. I still have ants around the perimeter of my home.
Description of Work: Fertilizer, nutrients and weed/broadleaf control every six weeks. Additional service was requested to control ant problem. That was a separate charge of $100.00.
