Very professional and prompt response to my repair work.

They were friendly, and efficient.

It was an emergency. Late Saturday afternoon my new dryer shocked me, it also had not been drying correctly. Called in warranty and they insisted it was the dryer outlet. Telford came within 2 hours of me calling, figured out both outlet and dryer itself were wired wrong. Fixed it. No more shocks and dryer heats as it should. Great value, only charged me their service charge.

The work was done very quickly and done very well. I did not give 5 stars on the question about how would I rate the value for the money because I have no way of knowing if that was a good price or not, so I really can not and should not rate that question.

All of the employees that I came in contact with were super friendly and helpful. The three technicians that worked for me were diligent and worked with a sense of purpose. They did not rush the job and answered all of my technical questions satisfactorily. They gave me the option to buy all the hardware or have them supply it. I opted to let them supply all everything except the lighting fixture, but I'm not sure that was the most economical choice. Overall the 2.2 days of work that they provided has been pleasant and I feel much safer in my home due to their recommendations and quality work.

Had asked other electricians several times to help me troubleshoot some lighting issues greatly effecting my home and they would not even begin to try to help for fear the issue ran deep. Hunter of Telford Reynolds Electric came out promptly, really listened, thoroughly investigated the issue, found the problem, fixed the problem the same day and I am on cloud nine! With properly working lights, no less! They are my electrical heroes. Couldn't have been happier with all phases of the service they provide. I highly recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever!

These guys were great and fast. I was in a pinch with my insurance company and they not only fixed the home inspection discrepancies but found additional stuff that needed to be fixed.

We did not have the work done because our children thought the outlets were broken. They were not. So we called and cancelled but they were so professional and communicated with us so well tat we plan to use them with any future problems.
