Brian was hired based on the excellent job he did on my neighbor's home - similar in size to mine. There's always more to painting than just brushing the stuff on. While waiting for HOA approval Brian proceeded to power wash, repair of the lanai roof, sealing/painting garage and floor, cutting bushes back from edge of house, etc. He also facilitated removal of big Sabal palms blocking the side of the house. So really this category should be titled "Painting and all the other thousand things you have to do first." After HOA approval for color, Brian worked diligently to finish all of the outside stucco walls. I was a bit nervous about getting clean cut-in lines with the irregular stucco surface but it was very nicely done. Brian is reliable - he kept me informed of his working times and always arrived prepared to work. He is a professional but also consistently kind in his words and deeds. It goes without saying that we would hire him again, or refer to others without reservation.
