Kent and his associate were very polite, respectful of my property, and professional. They arrived on time, and got to work. Pleasant conversation while getting the job done. I have cats and they were very aware of that and took measures to help keep them out of the area they were working. Would highly recommend them!

Kent was great! He was honest about what he could and could not do with our badly stained grout. He also fixed a cracked that ran almost the entire length of the house. I would totally recommend him.

Had grout for 600sf if floor tile removed and replaced. Kent's work ethic was superior. On time each day, hardly ever took a break, cleaned up each day. I can't comment on quality as only time will tell but it certainly looks great. I'd certainly recommend.

Kent did a great job on the tile in two bathrooms. He faced a couple of unexpected issues which he dealt with correctly by making the right decision on how to proceed. I am very happy with his work and would use him again.

Kent spent a great amount of time to complete the quality work. Explained what and how he was going to do the work before hand along with maintenance care. Verbalized that if we had any questions or concerns he would return as needed. He was both personable and professional.

They did an excellent job cleaning and repairing am my ceramic tile floors. He was very prompt and very professional. It was amazing to see the difference in the appearance of the floors. He also did some cleaning and repairs to our shower stall. Again he did a great job! I recommended him to a number of neighbors and all were very satisfied. He takes his time and is very careful as he works. He always explained what he was doing as he went along and gave us advice when necessary. We were delighted with him!
