 + -1 moreGutters were not clean out, I did not realize until it rained and the gutters were overflowing from front and back of the house. Windows were passable. Company kept billing me and no attempt to correct situation. Chip would not even speak with me directly, only passing information through a young girl. Finally after a year of back and forth, told the girl I would pay for the windows but not the gutters.

 + -1 moreAs stated above GHM was great and easy to work with and gave me a few price options to consider on shutter upgrades, Example High Impact plastic vs. heavy metal. I defiantly liked the newer plastic style shutters better. Very Professional Company.
Description of Work: I contracted with Gardens Home Management to assess my Hurricane shutters, and preparedness for the upcoming season. They came out and cleaned,adjusted and inventoried what I needed to be ready. Since this is our first vacation home in South Florida we wanted to make sure we were prepared, I am very comfortable they will look after the property and put up and take down the shutters as needed.

 + -1 moreEstimate was good and work was too. Employee didn't want to take a check and said a bill would be sent. When it came in, it was alot higher. A call to them got it fixed but they didn't seem organized on that end. So although the work was good I don't like incorrect billing which can be an accident or on purpose. For that reason I won't use them again.
