Arrived promptly. Cut down to ground and removed dead oak tree by driveway. Extremely happy with result and highly recommend them and plan to use them for additional services.

Scott came to give me a quote for monthly lawn cutting and trimming of my bushes all around the house. I went over with him the trimming I wanted them to maintain so the bushes did not get overgrown. He said no problem. In the month since I hired them they have cut the grass twice, that I could tell, when they said they they would cut each week since it was starting to get into the summer months. I asked them to cut some palm frowns off 2 palm trees and they never came to do it. I called them several times about this issue and got no response. My HOA got on me because of this. I also called several times to ask them a question and did not get replies back. Not good customer service in my opinion. I canceled service with them after a month. Hired someone else that is more responsive and time conscience.

Prompt, through service. Our very large palm tree was properly trimmed and the fronds were also hauled away. We're very happy with the end result.

Check final pressure washing to ensure they do not miss corners using circular power washer instead of a wand!

I had work done in my front and backyard as well as both sides of my house. I had old plants and brush removed and new plants and mulch put in. The 2 man crew arrived with everything needed to complete my job. They arrived first thing in the morning and worked non-stop until the job was done. I am very happy with the results and have even received many compliments from my neighbors!

They did a wonderful job in front of my house and in back by the pool. It looks fantastic. They went beyond what our service. I think it was my miscommunicatupuin about trimming the palms and more. The manager went ahead to approve this project. He did not add any money to the project, . Everyone involved were so nice and did an excellent job.

This was my first time using Advanced Lawn & Landscaping, and I couldn't be more impressed and happy with my experience. Cody Pierson called me back within a few minutes of my service request, and he immediately went above and beyond with his attentiveness and ability to assist me with a difficult request because I live in NJ, yet my property is in Palm Bay. Mr. Pierson had his crew finish the job for me the next day. Very fast and extremely reliable service. He consistently kept in touch with me, and he sent me many pictures of the work that was completed on my property. I rarely write reviews, but I'd be remiss if I didn't give Advanced Lawn and Landscaping a huge "shout out" for their outstanding service. Lastly, I should mention that Cody is the owner of the company, yet he never even mentioned this to me. I found out later on my own. That's what I call outstanding "hands-on" service from a humble and driven service provider. We highly recommend them!

my lawn has never looked as bad as it has since they started. With them, it always looked a mess. I do a much better job cutting it myself. If a tree limb or palm tree branch is on the ground, instead of putting it by the road, they just mow around it. when mowing over leaves, the mower doesn't cut them up, it bows them out the side whole. They were supposed to come every week during growing season. I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks because they "forgot me" until I called. then it took another 4 days for them to show up. i definitely would NOT recommend them for any type of lawn care. M Reed

At first, I wasn't happy with the outcome of the project and I gave a bad review rather than speak with the company directly. Long story short, they found out and were more than happy to fix my issue. They were very professional and eager to get the job done. Next time, I think I'll just let them know what I think first rather than give a review without letting them try to fix the issue. I highly recommend this company.

We had a salesman come out to give us a quote and he supposedly counted the trees that needed to be removed. He walked around and stated that he understood the scope of the job. We pointed to all trees we wanted down-even pointing out the difficult ones. His quote also included trimming some palms that were remaining and raising the canopy of oak tree. Later in the week the owner Cody shows up without giving us a call first and takes a look around. He also states he understands the scope of the job. They started out by sending a kid that had never cut down a tree-he had the chain on backwards. The bobcat driver was great but he couldn?t do it alone. Later in the day Cody shows up and starts cutting down some trees.The whole job dragged on for a month to cut down 28 trees. He wanted to charge us more because he didn?t understand the difficulty involved in cutting down one of the trees. Didn?t trim a couple of our palms. Charged us more for the oak tree because he said it was more difficult. Also part of the quote was to grind the stumps. He sent this guy with a tiny grinder who didn?t complete one. A week later he sends another guy with a bigger grinder. The whole job was painful for us. They never communicated when they where going to show to work-they would just appear when they felt like it. They were the lowest bidder but than added charges because they didn?t know how to quote a job. He bit off more than he could chew and we payed the price. He said he paid 300 for debris pickup the city picked it up for free. He is also a LIAR and a THIEF. I will stop here but there is plenty more to tell. Beware!

Anthony and John were very professional and completed the job as I had requested cutting down a tree and trimming the rest. They cleaned up everything and then some. I would definitely hire again.

Anthony and Sam(?) were hard working professionals. They prepped and installed th lawn very nicely, were friendly and answered all our questions.

The subcontractor cracked our driveway and broke the culvert across the street. The workers blew loose gravel into the storm drain system. I did discuss this with the owner.
