I contracted the General Manager and paid him a couple thousand dollars to have 3 trees and stumps removed and another trimmed. The balance of a couple more thousand was due at completion. After he promised me 3 times that the work would be done and a month later it was still not done, I demanded my deposit back. Then the work was done. The biggest problem is with the Manager. He lied to me and possibly to the owner. He told me the stumps would be removed. When they weren't, he told me that "You don't have a leg to stand on, it was not in writing". I will put a lien on your property. I spoke to the owner then, Cody and told him his manager was deceptive and a liar. I would have expected a customer courtesy that he would have made the situation right and had the stumps removed as I was paying $4,000. However, he did not. He has nothing but BS and lip service. I am a senior citizen and was taken advantage of. In fact, he had the city remove the piled up branches and wood. He did not even have his own do it. The tree cutters were fantastic. The company has a very shady business responsibility. I will never say anything positive about their professionalism and probably will not use Home Advisor again as they made the referral.

They came promptly, gave me a soon date and got to work. Very pleased with the end result

The entire crew was wonderful. I don't think I have seen people work that hard in my life. Everything was done from a safety standpoint no accidents no branches going where they should not clean up was great Everything was done to our satisfaction. They will be coming back to plant replacement trees.

Cody has been the absolute best to work with! He was so nice and able to answer any question we had. We definitely recommend this company for landscaping!

AL&L was able to handle my small tree trimming project promptly. They used a subcontractor that showed up on time, did an excellent hurricane trim on 2 tall palms, picked up and hauled away all cuttings and cleaned up so nicely I did not need to do any work of my own.

They do excellent work I have no complaints
