I currently live in VA, but we have a home in Pensacola that we will be moving into shortly. Mark and T.J. did a great job. I had multiple projects, painting two rooms, deck cleaning and staining, power cleaning sidewalks. I would highly recommend them for any job. Friendly, easy to communicate with, and trustworthy.

Mark and his crew had to deal with some weather delays ( rain for 3 days) but completed the job as advertised. Very pleased with the finished product.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He was very communicative and easy to talk to. We ran into a couple issues with paint coverage in some areas and a few things not quite in a "finished" state. However, Mark was very quick to have his team resolve the issues the next day. I look forward to working with Mark again in the future!

I am very pleased with the work performed by Precision Painting and Decorating. My mahogany front door was in dire need of refinishing. The craftsman took great care in stripping, sanding, and applying stain. My door looks beautiful again. I will definitely use Precision Painting and Decorating again and highly recommend them.

Mark and his team were very professional and have an excellent attention to detail and precision. They were very dependable and reasonably priced also. The exterior stucco repairs, painting and interior drywall repairs were finished in a very timely manner and cleanup was completed each day. Mark is a perfectionist and expects top quality work from his employees. I would definitely rehire and recommend.

Nice job but not very good at clean up. Left little spatters of paint on tile floor through out the house.

Mark and his crew were HIGHLY professional!! They worked throughout the night just so they would have the project completed on time!!!! I can't thank them enough and if need anything painted don't hesitate to call Mark!!!! I WILL be using him again!

The workers were friendly and very efficient. The owner was excellent about keeping me informed of the progress. Professionao and detail oriented.

We had pop corn ceilings removed,tile backsplash in kitchen, entire inside of house painted and new Allure plank floors put down. We also changed out some light fixtures and bathroom fixtures. Although the job took a little longer than I had hoped I found Mark very easy to work with and we would talk just about every day. I was at the house only 5 days out of the 25 it took them to complete the job . We live in Colorado and the house is in Navarre Fl. The best thing was Marks attitude and how eager he always was to please. I am very detailed and meticulous !

Workers did not show up on time, work not completed on time, damage to property, owner would not provide insurance information which he stated he had. Contract had to be terminated at 75% of completion. Contract was vaguely written. He would say things like "that's not included in the contract (which he didn't have on him, conveniently) I had my copy on hand and it was included in the contract. This is a company I would not recommend.

Took way too long to complete project. A lot of trial and error trying to match the colors, and at one point had to start over. Only one person doing the work, but when the job was finally finished. I was satisified.

Mark and his team do absolutely outstanding work. They were prompt and responsive and very competitively priced. We would highly recommend them to our friends. Everything we asked him to do he did with a great attitude showed up on time and finished the work in a very professional manner. Everything was spotless and perfect thank you Mark for a great job!

Precision Painting and Decorating showed up on time ready to work. They did an excelent job. Explained in detail what work they would preform and did what they said they would do. Excelent work from start through clean-up.

They did such a wonderful job with my cabinets that I hired them to paint some of my ceilings & walls. Very nice & easy to work with.

he project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"
