First, the customer services was very good, The techs arrived on time. they were efficient and professional. Price was ok. James Shorter and other guy were my Techs, polite person, If I need an electrician services in the future, I would like hire DeGraaf again.

Michael was my tech and he was extremely polite and professional. He worked quickly and cleaned up when finished. Although the carbon monoxide detector was required, only smoke detectors were installed which required a second visit and I had to pay for both sets of alarms.

Fantastic experience with this company. Great communication and coordination throughout Project. This project had multiple tasks (Transfer Switch, outlet installation, ceiling lights and security camera power cabling). Clint worked hard to ensure items were completed to customers satisfaction and answering any questions about the project the customer had. Gray job DeGraff!!!!!

Highly recommend to others, I had some electrical problems after hurricane Sally 2020 and I called and talked to Grace the receptionist was very kind and was able to work in a same day appointment and technician was on time and called before entered the property, had the work done in timely manner and was able to pay over the phone and all in all I had a good experience with this company, not to mention best value for the money. Thank you guys at DeGraaf. Definitely my go-to for any electrical work.

Both electrician's where very knowledgeable and went right to work. One of them found a duct not connected to the supply and took the time to fix it for me - no expense. They cleaned up after themselves and all equipment I needed installed was installed perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone.

a young man named Mike came and troubleshooting a problem i had with my hot water heater ,, gave me options, a quote, plus the ability to get other quotes, explained the procedure and was hired on the spot, he did the job with more professionalism then you would expect, he finished the job in less than two hours , cleaned his work area, explained warranty. We have hot water! Thank you Mike. I would hire this company again if all their employees are like this employee.

when scheduled was told Tech arrive between 9 to 11 Tech arrived before 10 Job was done well and quick.
