This company is very professional and fair priced. Out of 5 different repair request I put out in all forms, they were the only one to get back to me. The office was friendly helpful and professional, an appointment was set, followed up on and completed. Doyce explained the problem and even had to go get the part himself,he returned promptly and made the repair. I am very satisfied with the service and costs of this company and will use them again if the need arises.

Service technicians were very courteous and professional. Office staff forgot my appointment and assigned technicians to someone else. When technicians were half an hour late, I called the office. It took another half hour to get technicians to my house.

Got an appointment on the same day. Brian was on time, professional and did a good check of my HVAC system. He honestly told me about the condition of the unit without trying to urgently sell me something, what you could expect from most technicians. Price was fair and I will definitively DeGraaf Systems again if i experience any electrical or AC related issues.
