Both the estimator and the workers were polite, well organized, and explained the entire process. No hard sales. Grout was removed and repaired in one shower, then the entire shower was cleaned, grout sealed. Looks like new! Other walk in shower had minor cracks and chips. It too looks like new. Had an issue with floor tiles separating from the baseboard and a couple tiles 'floating' (not sealed to the floor). The men were able to remove the grout around the tiles, inject a product to re-seat the tiles. Grout was replaced around the baseboards and the whole floor was cleaned and sealed. Superb service! Superb product! I Highly recommend GroutSmith!
