They re-grouted our master bathroom shower. Their representative was very thorough and did a wonderful job. They gave us detailed instructions on how to keep our shower in excellent condition.

I rated the last item as a 3 only because we really haven't had a chance to test out the end product. The workmanship was excellent!

Quality very trust worthy.

Leslie arrived on time and worked diligently until the project was completed. The shower looks like new and I can hardly wait for the 72 hour curing time to pass so I can use it, She was meticulous! Great job GroutSmith

They worked around my crazy schedule and he did a great job. A couple floor trim places were scuffed but it was in the super tight areas. Overall very happy and will hire again if needed.

Some tiles were clean and some were missed. Some caulking was missed as well.

The workers were very professional and cleaned up everything when the job was done.

They came out quickly to give an estimate but when they came to do the work, they had to come out twice because they missed spots that needed work done the first time. When I called to tell them they did not complete their job, they understood and were quick to schedule another visit.

I called the GroutSmith to receive an estimate on re-grouting my shower and within 24 hrs the company had an estimator at my door. My estimator was very knowledgeable and provided me with a thorough estimate and offered me alternative solutions to make my budget work. after hiring them for my job, work was completed within 48 hrs with only minor clean up items that needed addressing ( to be expected when working with concrete) My technician promptly addressed these minor items within 48 hrs of my dry time. Overall, these guys know their stuff and provide a quality service. Everyone i interacted with at the company demonstrated excellent customer service. If i ever have grout needs in the future I will be a repeat customer!!!

Everyone at The Groutsmith was friendly and professional. They came on time and did a wonderful job. They cleaned and sealed the grout in 1 shower stall, 2 bathtubs, and our kitchen floor. I am very happy with the results.
