They did a fantastic job! We had a rental house shower that looked terrible, it was so bad, but they came and regrouted and cleaned the shower and it looks brand new!!

High price but great job. Good Quality costs more...I did two different project with them and both of the technicians represented the company well. I would use them again.

What the salesman discussed is not what I got. The employee who did the work showed resentment to doing the work the salesman promised and did not have the right tools to do the job. I hesitated providing my evaluation to see the outcome. What was suppose to have been done in part is looking no better than before the work was done. What a waste of money!

Pricey for what was done.

Quick reply within hours to my request. Michelle brilliant initial contact. She set up a visit within days to quote. All convenient to me. Ron came . Full explanation given said don’t replace all grout. Which was a surprise. Did a detailed customized quote. Answered all my questions to great detail and my satisfaction. Then Tracy came in next day and did the work. She was non stop for 4 hours and did a great job. Gave a thorough explanation of all she had done. Cleaned up and left sample sealer for future use. Overall whole company I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You can’t go wrong. I will use them again. Price was less than half of others who just quoted over the phone!! How can you quote that way. Use this company.

They broke a shelf in my bathroom. The gentleman complained to his colleagues about regrouting the shower.

I can't get the haze off... the product they gave me doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions? Did anyone else have this problem. I am very upset.

Re-grouted bathroom and cleaned and sealed my kitchen. Very nice job and nice professional folks.
