Excellent workmanship! Very prompt, courteous.

Hired due to this website. 2 months after shower floor regrouted, a chunk of grout came up. Repair made, waited 75 hours to use the shower. Immediately, grout chipped again. Owner, Mike, insists I have a leak or moisture problem despite no presence of water during initial job and repair. I asked Mike for an email with where we are and why he thinks I have a leak and what he will do if the leak report comes back negative. He told me what I "need to do is discuss this with my husband." When I asked for the email again, HE HUNG UP ON ME. I remembered they also did another shower stall, this time, the walls. Once again, the grout is chipping and cracking and it has been less than 3 months. Ethically, I am owed repairs having paid $1200, but why would I waste my time again on a very incompetent company with an owner who hangs up on a paying customer. I went to Lowe's, asked questions, bought supplies and repaired it myself. Obviously, this company has bigger problems than me. I have photos and phone records to prove this review is legitimate.

Excellent in every aspect. Mike came to assess our needs and provide an estimate. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He was thorough and understood the requirements for cleaning of over 1200 sq. ft of tile in our home. Dawn was the technician and she was on time and highly professional as well. She worked hard and steady with attention to detail and with pride in her results. She was engaging and polite personally and meticulous and careful with our furnishings and provided great advice for future care and maintenance of our flooring. Great job Dawn! Groutsmith goes on our "A List" of vendors.

We moved into our house about a month ago and our master bathroom shower was absolutely gross. The mold in the grout and the discoloration made it an eye sore. We hired professional cleaners who told us that they couldn’t clean the shower it was not possible. While not accepting that as a solution I turned to home advisor to find someone to help us. I reached out and was paired up with the GroutSmith of Central Florida. My experience with them from start to finish was professional, courteous and quick. They came in and restored the shower to basically brand new. We could not believe our eyes and not to mention the cleanliness of the job. You couldn’t even tell there was work done. If you need grout work done or a shower restoration I would highly recommend this group. Excellent work!
