Mike did an excellence job fixing the grout on my shower walls and floor. Also applied sealant. Completed job professionally and within the time they stated. Would recommend they update their info to more clearly state the 10 year warranty does not include showers. You get a one year for that. Would hire again if needed.

They cannot clean close to baseboards because baseboards may swell. May require hand cleaning close to base boards on tile flooring.

I had my floor tile installed approx. 15 years ago. I could of cried when I got home and opened the door. So excited to see my new floors. I just broke down and cried. The Labor cost was more than the cost of the materials. I had to live with this sight for a while now. And now that I am retired and having to look at these floors 24 - 7. I knew I had to get something done with this horror. It was now time. I contacted Home Advisor and in just moments they recommended The GroutSmith and some other Service. The GroutSmith representative called within moments. I meet with the Sales Rep. the next afternoon at my home I believe this was on a Friday. And his men were here Monday morning. They had to chisel out some of the old grout. And in some places they had to add grout. Then they sealed the floors and they are absolutely beautiful. Makes my home feel ever so bright fresh and clean. Not only that I had 2 bathrooms that needed re-grouted in the tub and shower area. It was thinning through the years. One of the bathrooms I tried to do and it appeared I was trying to stucco. I try to fix, but it had dried and it was late. These gentleman with The GroutSmith are just amazing. Not only did the get the stucco removed they re-caulked and sealed and both bathrooms look brand new. I am just so thrilled and amazed.. I can not say enough. Now I just want to re-decorate and enjoy. While soaking in a hot tub with a glass of wine. And just relax and enjoy my new ladies room. And thank them for all that they have done to make my retirement days so much more relaxing enjoyable. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reliable On time Through

Great Service Called Monday Quoted Tuesday Done Wednesday. Tile looks like brand new. Shower looks better than when installed. Could not compliment them more. Graet Job
