We hired Grand Topia to take care of our 3 acres of landscape grounds at the FL Federation of Garden Clubs headquarters in Winter Park. He is doing a fantastic job!

Initially, I called to get a quote for a spring raking project, however, another company came and I didn't need the service anymore. But Mike was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and I ended up hiring him for my weekly lawn maintenance. Mike is very friendly, personable and professional. He quickly followed up with a quote via email, and was on the job within 1 week. I'm very happy with his service, and he has offered additional advise for lawn care. I'm so glad he responded to my inquiry, and am very happy with the service he provides.

Mike was quick to respond to my inquiry, very friendly and professional. He also followed up with a phone call to make sure I was happy with his service and offer some advice on my lawn.

Mike and his crew put in 900 sq feet of sod for us. We were under a time crunch due to some unique circumstances and he was more than willing to help us meet the deadline that was imposed on us. He went above and beyond in the way he worked to get the job done quickly and the yard looks great! Mike is very organized and on top of things. He came when he said he was coming, communicated often and clearly, via email and by telephone and lived up to all that he promised. It was a bonus to find out he was a military veteran---always like to help out our vets whenever possible!
