Larry will not return or take calls, so I am forced to go to his store to get any answers. I prepaid $180 to expedite the repair. He has given me every excuse possible to explain the delays. I asked for a refund of my money and the return of the cracked tablet so I could have it repaired elsewhere. He then explained that he had shipped it to Asus for repair. More weeks went by, then when I caught him in the shop, he showed me a shattered tablet and said it was damaged in shipping. He said a check would be arriving from the shipper... It's been over a month and no check. I'm working with the BBB to get a resolution. In short: he took $180 for a repair he never completed and destroyed a $600 tablet He claims he sent it to Asus for repair, they do not have a record of this repair He claims it was destroyed in shipping He claims it will be insured by the shipper, they have no record of this claim. Do not use this business.
Description of Work: I took a tablet with a cracked screen to Larry for replacement. He promised to return it in less than 2 weeks....it's been over 90 days and I have not received my tablet
