They were very knowledgeable and took the time to teach me how to use the keyless lock. They were on time and communicated estimated arrival. Workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend.

The couple running this business is both knowledgeable and personable. The job was done to my satisfaction. Together we checked all the locks and made sure the new keys were working. They are the kind of people I would enjoy having as my next door neighbors. They cared about whether I was pleased with their work. They are friendly and professional.

I called Miss Rekey at 1:05 p.m. because I locked my keys in my car returning to work from lunch. I told them I need them before 5 when I get off. They showed up promptly to get into my car and retrieve my keys! Fast and extremely friendly and affordable! I would definitely recommend Miss Rekey. A one of a kind husband and wife team!! The owners responded immediately to my call and scheduled an appointment for that morning. I was impressed with their integrity. The community where I live has hired them to do work for us, and if I need the help of a locksmith again, I will call only them.

They were prompt and friendly. They repaired my lock, but the key still gets stuck. I hope it gets better. They will come out and fix it if the key continues to get stuck
