I was locked out of my home. Kelly and Eugene took the call and said they would be there within an hour and they were here promptly. Very thoughtful and considerate! Eugene tried every which way to get into the lock, it was a very old and strong lock.He was able get into it and he replaced the door knob with a new one and made me two new keys right on the spot! I am so grateful to them they were so professional, kind and reasonable especially compared to other companies that I called.I would recommend them to anyone! Susan C

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Miss Rekey. This is a husband and wife team (not that should matter) and know their line of work. They both knew the lock system I had that I needed the cylinder changed. Schlage touch entry. Also wanted new Schlage locks for other doors installed and keyed to match front door. I would definitely recommend Miss Rekey- not only professional, friendly. Oh - didn t mention the graphite that was built up inside one lock-it spilled all over the floor when removing the lock, well that was all cleaned up before they left. Also one lock was badly aligned and I had trouble locking that door. Eugene knee knew exactly what to do and the problem was corrected. I give Miss Rekey 10stars - job well done!!!
