After calling three other locksmith that I pulled off Google out of those three all three said they were on their way and did not show up Kelly answered immediately confirmed an appointment time and showed up as promised. She had great prices fabulous personality very professional if I ever get in a situation where I need keys again she is my go-to. Don't even bother calling anyone else, she did it professionally

This company is extremely efficient, friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. We had multiple sliding glass doors that we wanted stronger locks on and the locks I put on have accomplished that. we also had A new Keyed deadbolt put onto glass French doors that did not have a keyed deadbolt on and was extremely easy to break into. They were even very honest about my not needing any new deadbolts on existing doors and I appreciated their honesty. All in all an excellent experience I would highly recommend these people

This was a job we were notified needed to be done at the 11th hour prior to closing on a home sale. They called right away with an estimate, completed the repairs a mere 2 days later and at a reasonable price, and were as nice as they could be.

I couldn't believe this company would come out the same day I called to rekey locks in a home I purchased. From the moment I met them I knew I was in good hands. SO personable, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable in what they do. They did not try to sell me something I did not need and explained all that they were doing. They were very innovative in the way they addressed the issues in this older home. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for kind, honest and fair people! This business was a lifesaver for me and my sister. I had to remove a person from my fathers house, involving me flying in from Ohio to handle the last step and take care of the locks. My sister volunteered to find a locksmith and found Miss Rekey. They were able to come and Rekey the entire house (I did not even realize how many doors and locks were in my dads house - it was a hell of a job) in one day notice and 12 hours after I removed the individual. They were very nice, offered good advice, and they will be back to replace handles and one old lock if I am able to return in late April (travel is an uncertainty right now given the virus impact). They were also able to manage my dad (and my frustration with my dad), which was helpful given I was already at the end of my rope trying to handle the eviction and my feelings as to why we were even in this situation to begin with. I cannot say enough good things about this team.

The responded to request within minutes - on a Sunday. They arranged to come to the house within the hour - and came from a distance from another call. They are serious about what they do. They problem-solved an issue with an electronic keyless entry lock for my Airbnb that needed immediate attention. Would highly recommend them.

Highly recommended. I filled out a form online through Home Advisor. Kelly at Miss Re Key called me back immediately. She gave me the prices right away. She told me about the special deal they had going where it is a whole house re key for $89.99. Meaning they would re key 6 locks in the house for that price. That also included 4 keys. Not to mention, one key would fit every lock. I thought that was a great deal so I agreed to go with them. She asked what day I wanted to have them come out. I asked her if they could come out that day, which was on a Sunday. She said that normally that's their only day off but they had a job to do so they were going to be out in the area anyway. She agreed to come take care of my locks that same day. They showed up when promised and even called to say they were on their way. The work was very professional and so were they. Took less then an hour. They didn't even charge extra for having it done on a weekend. They were very personable and polite. I've already recommended them to my neighbor. I've had my locks changed in the past a few times and the other companies weren't worth the time or money. I hope this review helps. Best decision I could have made.
