The tech was nice and did a good job. I don't have a lot of tile, so it didn't take long - probably 3 hours. His price was reasonable.

He was a nice guy, very quick, and did a great job. The price was really good too, which is why we added on additional work.

Bill was amazing from start to finish. He went out to look at the issue and called with a very honest answer. He had to do some research to see if the job was even feasible. When he called back and said he would do it, he gave me a terrific price. He went to the house when he said he would be there and finished the job within an hour of his original estimate (even though the job turned out bigger than he thought). My floors look and feel amazing. Bill even gave me advice on how to take care of my beautiful floors. He is definitely someone I would recommend highly to anyone. Thank you, Bill!!

We were very happy with them. He was very good and professional. He did the best he could and we were satisfied. He was a really nice guy, didn’t make a mess, and did his thing. He got the job done in about 2 hours. The scheduling was fine.

Bill was very pleasant to talk to. Only slightly negative comment - make sure that all your stainless steel appliances are completely covered and even sealed with tape. Any overspray of the acid will etch the stainless (I see a couple spots now on the bottom but not a big deal). I would absolutely use Bill - Tile Renovations again in the future.

Provider did an excellent job. We had a small communication problem to start with, but that was resolved and we are very happy with the quality of the job and his professionalism. We were so satisfied with what he did, we had him do more. He priced the additional work very fairly. We would use him again!

They did a good job. The price could have been a bit a lower.

They did an outstanding job! Eleven year old grout that had never been professsionally cleaned and they made it look like new! Turned out so much better than I hoped. They were courteous and helpful and left everything in great condition. Plus they had all the right equipment to do the job well.

All went well except they left a fee areas with too much water - puddling

Bill from Tile Renovations arrived on time on a cold and rainy morning went straight to work cleaning and sealing floor. It was a pleasure he was very professional and did a great job my tile looks new! The job took about 6 hours and the work was done just as advertised. I will use and recommend Tile Renovations again.

I highly recommend Tile Renovations. The two-man crew was punctual and did a great job cleaning the grout in my kitchen, bathrooms and foyer that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in more than 5 years. There was an issue with one of their cleaning machines, but they didn't let that stop them - they used another heavier duty machine and my floors look great. They explained to me that the grout would lighten as it dried and that would be the true test of how well it was cleaned. By the next day, my floors looked like new!

It was a two-man crew who came and they were great. They moved the furniture, prepared everything and then put everything back. Very efficient, professional and great service!

The guys name is Bill I think. the deal was a great price, but I had close to 1500 sq/ ft to treat and he didn’t have a helper at the time. When we finally scheduled it was him and a guy he was just teaching so instead of 2 guys it was more like 1.25. Don’t get me wrong, they were very nice and I can’t say they were terrible, but what I can say is two things. One, they didn’t tell me that I couldn’t walk on anything for almost 24 hours, especially the grout until the job was done drying. I have 2 kids on their way home from school, a wife, and 2 dogs. You can do the math. As for the job itself, I expected more. There were a lot of places that were missed. I have a 1 inch boarder under all of my cabinets and around most of my base boards throughout the house that look the same as before they came and did the job. It looks like you placed tape along the borders of a wall, painted the wall, and removed the tape.

When I called to schedule they were able to come out for the service within 10 days. He did a great job. He was there on time and completed the job in about four hours.

Scheduling was fine and the cleaning has been been holding up well. They were very professional and thorough.

I needed extra care at this time since I had a few places that had chipped grout and a couple places in the grout were permanently stained. I had a grout man come later to repair the chips and put a thin layer of grout on the permanent stains.

I contacted Bill after reading the reviews here on Angie's List. I should also say that I just joined Angie's List in the last week and did so because I have family coming to town and I do my 'spring cleaning' every year before they get here. This year I decided that it was time to do deep cleaning and have been wanting to clean the tile for years (I tried to do it myself on a couple of different occasion and it didn't work out very well). I called Bill on Monday, January 13 at 7:30 in the morning and heard back from him almost immediately. I work an 8-5 job, Monday through Friday, luckily my fiancée works different days during the week and I was able to get an appointment for Thursday, January 16 at 9:00 a.m. (quick right?). Bill arrived on Thursday right on time and went right to work. My fiancée, who is not easily impressed, told me that the tile 'looked like new' and that I was going to be very happy. He also said that Bill was very professional during his time in our home. When I arrived home that evening I was impressed and extremely pleased! I have tile that is very light, almost white with texture in it and the grout is light also (sand colored). When I left that morning the tile was dingy with black in the textured areas and the grout was dark. I feel like I have new tile and the whole house is lighter looking. The carpet that Bill cleaned on the stairs also looks great and that's saying a lot since we have a dog and his favorite place to sleep is on the stairs and the carpeted landing. Thank you Bill and when I need the tile or carpet cleaned I will call you again.

They did a good job. They did it three days after I purchased the big deal. I paid them extra to have the tile sealed but they had a good price. They did as advertised and they were fine. They were clean, neat and professional.

As far as their work went, he tried, and it was hard work. He did a pretty good job.

They were polite and thorough. The grout looks like new.

The service provider returned my call promptly and was able to schedule my appointment before the Christmas holiday. He arrived on time, explained what he would be doing and how long it would take, performed the service taking care not to make a mess or get my area rugs wet. The tile and grout came clean, as expected. I would use this service provider again. He was very polite and professional.
