Steve came out for an estimate of the small repair we needed completed. I was away so my wife explained the problem area and received the estimate. Upon returning home and reviewing the estimate, I noticed that the estimator added quite a few items on to our job and tried to up-sale our system to add $275 worth of gutter guards as well as installation of an underground drainage system for an additional $255. One which ALREADY existed and worked fine. Not sure what happened here?? Either way it took a few days and a few phone calls to follow up with Steve the estimator and I indicated that we didn't want all the extras. Just wanted the small repair completed to keep water from penetrating some stucco on the house. He mentioned that he'd squeeze us in and would be back out or call in the next week or two. Never heard back from him. I can only assume that we never received a follow up due to the fact that we weren't going to spend a lot of money on additional items. Frustrating to say the least. Update: after posting this review someone did reach out to me from this company. I believe it to be Mike the owner however I just haven't had a chance to follow up as we've moved on to other projects. I have upgraded my original rating and appreciate the efforts on behalf of American Custom Guttering. These things happen sometimes and again I appreciate this company making an effort to mitigate the issue with our particular experience.

Entire experience was professional. Steve came to my house, provided a quote. He left me with folder of information with samples so i could select my color. The company responded to emails and phone calls. At the date and time we set for my install, the team showed up. They did their thing with no bother to me. Went great. I needed to run out of the house for a minute....so I did the unthinkable...I gave them the check before the job was done. When I returned later in the day, my gutters were done and the yard was clean. Very nice job. I would recommend to family!

Efficient, looks good, positive experience.

Once we decided to go forward, we were scheduled quickly. On installation day, Trint and Thomas were on time, got right to work on the project and left without leaving a trace that they were here. Highly recommend this team.

I previously used American Custom Guttering in May of 2013 and they did a great job installing gutters on my house. I just bought a new home that did not have gutters so I used them again and they did another great job. We weren't home when they did the work, but when we got home my husband said he couldn't have asked for a better job. They are professionals and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I worked with Trint who was a pleasure to deal with. I only contacted Angie's List providers who had 25 or more positive reviews. Their price came in as the best and they were willing to do some of the harder work over the bumpouts on my house which required extra fabrication. Some of the other providers really did not want to do the extra work and were trying to sell me on a way that would be easier for them to install, but ugly up my house with additional down spouts around my front door. Things look beautiful. Now I can't wait until it rains!

VERY WELL !! I would use these guys again. My husband and I are very happy with the gutter install. They installed over 200 ft of new gutter, re enforced the current gutters. Steve was very professional and did a very good job. I almost cant wait until it rains to see them inaction.

Great experience! Kept all appointment times (estimate and installation) on the dot. The gutters were reasonably priced, in my opinion, and went up quickly, work well, and look great. I'd use these folks again in a heartbeat.

I spoke with Mike who arranged for someone to come out while I was at work and leave the estimate on my door. In the spirit of comparing prices I had someone else come out to do a bid and decided to go with them since it was a good deal cheaper.

It went perfectly! They were very professional and only took them half a day to do the job! They were on time and came out within 48 hours to give me an on site quote! The project even included buried yard drains!

The estimator arrived early and was friendly and professional. He gave an estimate and then explained all specifics and answered any questions that we had. On the scheduled installation day, the installers arrived early and completed the job in 1.5 hrs. They were friendly and professional in their work. There was a confusion about the Angie's list discount, but it was applied correctly. We were left with a feeling of confidence in the company.

Chris came on time to the estimate. He spent a good hour making sure that what he did would resolve our problems. His price was a little higher than another estimate we received, but we felt more confident in his knowledge and the quality of his materials. He also provided concrete spash blocks at the end of each downspout, which are very effective, longlasting and handsome! On the day of the job, he came on time with one other worker. He clearly answered any questions we had as the installation progressed. We were very happy with the results and would strongly recommend him.

The company responded promptly to my request for a quote. The estimator, David, was very professional and explained his product and services in detail, answering all of my questions and concerns. He provided a written estimate including a drawing of the project that met all the requirements for submission to my home owners' association. He provided a folder containing his business card, color samples, a company brochure, a list of additional products available, photographs of previous jobs, and an extensive list of recently completed jobs they had completed in my area. There was also a list of frequently asked questions, a copy of their business license, and a copy of their certificate of liability insurance. I requested quotes from two other companies that had received good reviews on Angie's List. One company said they would provide an estimate and would call me back to set up a time. They never called back. The other company responded promptly and sent someone to provide an estimate. The estimator did a very good job, but was not as thorough as American Custom Guttering and did not leave a packet of materials about their products and services or a customer list. Their quote was several hundred dollars cheaper, than American Custome Guttering, but they used a different installation technique and would not install underground drains. Once I received approval from my HOA, I called American Custom Guttering to arrange for installation. They were very responsive, and the two man crew showed up as scheduled. The crew went over the installation process with me before starting work. They were very polite and professional, and I was impressed by their thoroughness and attendtion to detail. They worked quietly and very hard all day. It was a large job so it was after 6:00 p.m. when they finished. They took me around to inspect the job and answered all my questions, and they cleaned up the job site completely before leaving. Several of our neighbors have since commented about how nice our new gutters look. Although it hasn't rained since the gutters were installed, I was able to check out my lanai drainage the following day and it worked perfectly. Although this company's prices were higher than the other quote I received, I am glad I chose them to do the job, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had American Custom Guttering come out to replace my gutters all around my house. They were very competitively priced. They showed up on time (early actually), they did the job clean, quick (quicker than they had originally quoted) and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

I got on Angie's list and looked for a gutter person.I had a quote from a lady whom came out to my house.She gave me a quote on the house of $200.00.She stated she couldn't do what I asked her to do.She said it was impossibly to do.So I had American Custom Gutting come out.. David came out looked at what I needed and told me it could be done with no problems.I told them they could do the job,but I had to get my handyman out to repair the facia.It took my handyman two weeks to come out.After that I called American Custom Guttering.On 4/15/2013 installer Todd Leary came out to do the installation.Todd couldn't had been nicer.He completed the work and fixed a piece that my handyman did not do.The Job was perfect.I highly recommend this company to install your gutters.You get what you pay for.Thanks American Gutter Inc.And thanks to Angie's list.

Excellent. We are very pleased with the quality of work. They are professional and maintain a clean worksite. The company also stands behind their work. For example, our cats like to lay on top of the rain barrels. To protect our rain barrels, the company came back out and installed a support on the rain barrels at no cost. We highly recommend them to others.
