The Brothers that just do Gutters

We used the franchise out of Port St Lucie, Fl. They were prompt, the crew was polite, professional and attentive to my requests. They paid attention to detail, were careful not to damage landscaping material and cleaned up when finished. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I got gutters and screen covers. The screen covers were poorly done with big gaps between the sections of the screen covers. But the came out and fix it when I complained.

Update: the owner of the company contacted me and met me at my home with one of his employees to correct the problem. The problem seems to be resolved. Original Comment: This company installed new gutters around the entire perimeter of my home in June of last year. The home had just been professionally inspected, caulked and sealed before the install. I noticed last month when inspecting my home and making sure everything was still sealed properly before rainy season that the gutters were pulling the facia away from my home in several places. The facia is solid and is not rotten. It is evident the gutters are only attached to the facia and not secured into the ends of the rafters. I called Monday April 3rd and spoke to Tina. She requested that I text photos and info about the damage. I texted this information and also emailed it to her. I did not hear back. I called, spoke to Tina again a week or so later, She said she would let me know when she could have someone come out. I did not hear back. Their estimator showed up at our home unannounced on 4/12, took pictures, took notes and said we would hear back from the owner of the company. We did not hear back. I emailed Tina on 4/26 to check status. We did not hear back. I emailed Tina again on 5/2 and have not heard back. I have been kind and polite. I am sure we could work out a solution together, but I cannot get anyone to speak to me. If they choose to work with me and resolve this issue, I will provide an update and provide a better review. I will be leaving reviews on other sites hopefully with pictures. I can not figure out how to attach them here.

Great job installing and replacing hurricane damaged gutter. Job estimate tech suggested to replace connecting fascia and it made my home look great!

Associate stop in 2 hrs after he said he'd be by to give a quote. We agreed upon a price, work plan and date. On that date I called to ask where they were. Said don't have your name as a customer, only a contact. They said they see what happened and fall back. 2 hrs later the guy that came to give a quote asked me to refresh his memory...I did and then he'd call his boss and then get back with me. A little while later he texted... sorry dude, doesn't fit in his wheel house...won't be able to do the job. Sorry for the inconvenience, I hope you get someone to do the job. What a joke. I'd never give this company a good referral.

They did an excellent job and were very professional. They even went and got me an extension on one gutter that was in my garden so that my wooden mulch would not wash away. I would give them 10 stars. Rafael was great.

Everyone in the company, from the office staff, to the gentleman who came out to give us the estimate, to the installers, were all top notch as far as professionalism. And the price was so reasonable, we switched from just having our existing gutters repaired to replacing them altogether. We highly recommend The Brothers That Just Do Gutters.

They did an excellent job. They were very good to work with and even cleaned up everything before they left. I asked for an extension on one of the gutters that went over wooden mulch so that it would not wash away and they didn't have one on them and went and got me one and attached it to the end of the gutter, over the mulch and to the grass. Rafael was an excellent person to work with and very professional and saw that everything got done properly. Thank you for your help.

The installers verified all locations prior to commencing work; explained size differences and then assured very true alignments. The cleanup after the work was completed was very thorough!
