I'm not sure whether I would recommend or not. The technician that did the work was excellent but there were several problems in trying to get this done. I had a difficult time getting it scheduled. Got a Guesstimate over the phone that was only 2/3 of the final cost with no extraordinary issues not discussed. Given only a timeframe of afternoon I called at 4 PM to find that it would be at least an hour before the tech could get here. We spent all afternoon waiting and they could have updated us when it became clear it would be late PM. Technically-excellent, customer service, not so much.

The workers were very professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job and finished it in a timely manner.

After requesting bids thru your web sight, I received 3 bids. I selected one of the bids after speaking with and going over the work I was seeking to have done. The bid was awarded to Willis Electric, out of Ocala. They provided very detailed and professional advice and instruction on what would be done to complete my project. I was impressed with the knowledge, facts and know how of what had to be done, as presented by the Foreman representing Willis Electric. The Electricians arrived as he stated, did the work in the time frame agreed and did a VERY PROFESSIONAL, CLEAN, NEAT JOB !!! Very Pleased with results. Whole Heartedly recommend their services for any Electrical Work needed.

A little difficult for the one worker they sent but with a little help from the home-owner the task was performed successfully. I thought the job was a little pricey but was not in the position to shop around. Quite satisfied with the end result.

Specifically asked for two QUIET exhaust fans for bathrooms. Two young men came and one left to purchase fans. He came back with $13.00 fans. Asked if they were quiet and was told that is what he was told to purchase. After they were installed they were VERY loud throughout the home. I Had to go to store and purchase different fans and have those installed. They also damaged the drywall by the switch they installed and did not let us know. They took only $20.00 off the bill as credit for the fans.

The workers were Americans and could very easily communicate with the customer. Dillan and Shaun were very polite and worked very hard to get the job done right... I enjoyed having them work on my home.

Didn't complete job yet, but had them before to install new light fixtures, also install an over the stove microwave which required a dedicated line and they always did a good job.

Willis Electric was the first to respond to my inquiry and came over promptly with an estimate. The work done was fast and efficient. I would hire them again.

I hired them to do some wiring and kept them on to install a full home generator system. That is how pleased II was and if I need more work done, I will call them again.
